@@lsvturbo2033 Don't know if Saifuddin will respond but happy to share one of mine. At the time of the dream it was my habit to start the day with a trip up to a little park in the foothills above town, stop at Pete's Coffee on the way, pick up a cup of coffee and some pastry and sit on one particular bench with breakfast overlooking a really nice view. In this dream, i saw myself about halfway up the hill on the road up to the little park. But not in a car. i was surfing, downhill, in the air, riding a 4x8 foot sheet of plywood. Now, when i dream, the dreams are often pretty bizarre. But this one had a different tone to it; i rarely dream of recognizable places, this is the only one in my recollection (and my recollection goes back quite a ways at this point) where this happened, that the dream featured a recognizable location. Air surfing may sound exhilarating but the dream left me with a disquieting sense, nothing i could put a finger on but enough unease about it to prompt me to break with my routine of driving up to the park that morning. Not much for surfing here. Later in the day i heard about a young fellow who made a 2,000 mile motorcycle trip to visit his parents who lived just a little south of the same town as me. Wasn't 15 miles from their home, coming down that road that goes up to the little park in the foothills when he met with a terrible accident, tragically fatal. He had a collision with a truck, a 'lumber truck' the news item read. Right about the time i would normally have been passing the same point on that road.
My experience with precognition (generally waking) is that it seems to be mediated by the subconscious which doesn't have words available to it but uses images and subtle emotions to tug at our normal conscious mind's sleeve, so to speak. Suspecting *many* people have precognition experiences but just don't notice the subtle communication from the subconscious, or maybe just ignore it as some fantasy or imagination and may well have forgotten it before the event our subconscious was trying to alert us to happens, so the connection between a valid precognitive impression and the predicted event just never gets made on a conscious level. Practice.

In my early 30s, I had an experience with a waking/conscious premonition. I had come from one event in the area and walked over to a restaurant where I ate dinner. As I was finishing the meal, I felt this creeping sensation that I shouldn't leave the restaurant to walk home (about a block and a half away). It was so strong that I felt I shouldn't leave, but I had nowhere else to go. I left the restaurant to walk home. As I was walking home, along a very busy street, I was accosted by a man wearing gloves and holding a gun. He demanded that I give him my purse. I did. He ran away. I will never forget that feeling. Should I feel something like that again, I won't make the same mistake. I will either stay there, or call a friend to come and pick me up. That feeling is very strong and easily recognizable.
Always trust your gut.
I wish my feelings were that strong to stop me from making mistakes. The soul creating me should have listened. This life is about 99% useless. I should not have been created.
@@pureenergy4578 This has only happened once to me. It's possible that there was significant threat to my life that night and my intuition picked up on it, while the rest of me was unaware.

Steven's "gut feeling" reminds me of something I experienced when my family went on vacation. We were going about 60+ mph on the way to our destination and I embellished how badly I had to pee as a nine-year-old, to get my parents to actually pull over the car and let me go somewhere. As I wrestled with mild feelings of guilt about lying, my parents turned onto a dirt road, went down it about 50-75 ft, and the very second after they stopped the car, either the front axle fell out of it or like the whole engine--I can't remember exactly what it was and I'm waiting for my dad to text me back to remind me right now. Regardless, I likely saved my mother, father, brother, and my own life and always wondered about that moment. We would have been traveling at very high speeds on the interstate and had the front end fallen out of the car on the interstate, like it did when stopped, who knows what would have happened to us.
Rest in peace, steve terrill. He passed at the end of january this year.
I used to have these dreams about future events, almost daily, but they were all mundane things, like tripping over something, dropping a mug, having a conversation, finding a lost item, buying certain stuff, etc.. I've been having depression for a couple of years now, and those dreams are gone. They were useless anyway.
I'm currently going through that experience right now. I had a several month time spanned, maybe three or four months where every single day a small mundane thing would happen that I had seen before in a dream. Come across buildings I had seen before, going to a cafe, drinking a certain drink. I've been searching for meaning in them, wondering if there's something more there. But I can't figure it out and they do seem pretty useless. I've been feeling pretty broken down and depressed to myself. I'm feeling as though I'm losing all of my talents, ambition, intelligence, and spiritual understanding of the world. But when you said that your dreams were gone I realized, despite me thinking that they're completely useless or even frustrating, that I didn't want them to disappear. I'm scared it'll mean that I'm losing parts of myself. I want to know if there is more. I want to know if I can make more for myself and become more powerful in some way. I'm scared that I'll fail, I'm scared that I'm great and powerful but don't know how to use it. I'm basically scared that I'm a waste of space. The depression doesn't make that easier. I'm really just rambling here but I guess what I'm trying to say is I thought it all didn't matter until I realized it was a possibility it would go away.

The little boy with the volcano experienced the power of infrasound. This frequency is given off by the friction building up to earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. It can have quite extreme physiological effects on people who are sensitive to it.

I have a friend who one day got a dreadful feeling that her brother was in mortal danger and begged him to stay home. He didn’t listen of course and died in a car crash just hours later. This happened to her one more time years later and the result was similar…..
Exactly what I thought definitely can make you feel sick or impending doom, this is what animals tap into to run away. I think he responded because of his age and agree it's probably because his instincts weren't overridden by his intellect. Grown up try to rationalise often missing the cues in the process.
That seems to be the most logical explanation. He didn't get any more premonitions each time the cops came for him, and that would have been super useful. It is nice the prison let him film the segment.

Even a person sixth sense, giving you strong feelings of something about to happen or coming around the corner is important to listen to . I had one many yrs ago. It was real strong it kept nagging at me all day. My family and I were suppose travel to my mother's place for NewYears eve, we were going to leave on Monday but that feeling kept telling me to leave sooner so I mentioned to.my husband if we could leave sooner , like on Sunday, the day before. It was fine with him and so we left on Sunday. It takes a days drive to get to my mother's place. I'm so glad we did cause a nasty blizzard hit on that monday right along the route we traveled . It was so bad it closed that highway down and stranded people, with people in ditches etc. So it's a wise thing to listen to a strong feeling like that. One just has to try figure out what it might be relating to😊

I wish my feelings were so strong. I was downtown one day at a bus stop when a man went running by mentioning shoes. I didn't know what to do with that. He didn't ask for money. Maybe 30 minutes later I step off a real short curb and both my ankles feel like they have been bruised. Pretty soon after that I could not walk at all. I have read all these stories in many books before, but I didn't know I would be hurt by not running after that man to ask him what he meant by the word "shoes". If I knew I was going to hurt myself, I would have given him money. The really strange thing is my ankles were not bruised. They just kept me from walking. Doesn't make sense because this man that was running obviously could walk. How am I supposed to learn anything from that? I feel like this soul creating me just set me up to get hurt. No wonder there are so many atheists on this planet.

Around 14 years ago I went to stay over at a relatives place because she had injuries from having fell down a flight of steps, so I was there to assist. During the morning that I was meant to leave I told her of my dream I had where I had met with an accident. Although the dream felt real I brushed it aside even though I felt uneasy and restless. That afternoon I met with an accident and my car landed on its roof. I managed to escape with minor scratches on my wrist even though the car was a write off. When I returned from the hospital my relative was at my house in her beaten up condition relating to other family members about the conversation we had that morning. Explaining to them that the dream I told her about was so detailed that she couldn't believe that everything we had spoken had actually materialized. I know there's many skeptics out there. I was also skeptical, but now I take my dreams or premonitions a little more seriously.
Those feelings, dreams etc are also given to us so we can pray against them. I learned this the hard way. Pray against them so they won't manifesr.

I was in 8th Grade walking home from school when I thought to myself, “I better turn on the news. I think there’s been a major plane crash.” I’ll never forget it. But this thought came after it happened. It happened while I was walking home, A few minutes later.
This crash had significance to me because I would fly to my dad’s house in Michigan for the summer, from Ft Lauderdale. I always went through O’Hare and would spend hours there at the airport, first as an unaccompanied minor, then when I turned two years before, I’d spend 5 or 6 hours walking around O’Hare, exploring the airport, going to the Observation Deck etc. waiting for my flight to Grand Rapids or Muskegon. I-had a fascination with the airport and airplanes in general. I usually flew Eastern Airlines then United when Eastern folded. On United from Ft Lauderdale, I flew on DC-10s.
I’m not sure why I knew something happened within a few minutes of it happening while walking home, but it was the only time in my life I had a real connection with the place and the type aircraft. I never flew on a DC-10 again.
I never had a thought or vision like that for something huge again. I was surprised by 9/11. I had no feeling about that but I also didn’t have any connections with those airports or with NYC. I often have and had all my life of premonitions of trivial things that would affect me within minutes of it happening but sometimes I’d act on it and sometimes times I wouldn’t then it would happen and be a pain in the butt for me.

I know when important things are about to happen in my life. Just recently I was fired but I knew it was going to happen soon after I took that job 8 months before. I feel that it's a gift. I'm able to process the experience before I have it. My subconscious mind realizes it and just brings it to my attention.
People can predict the future. As a teenager I had a series of quite specific & completely accurate premonitions. The day of the Battersea funfair roller-coaster disaster my family were planning to go there. I had a very bad feeling about it & persauded them not to go.

I would miss the hardwood forests and the spruce, pine and cedar trees if I left Maine. I've lived her all of my life, other than a couple of months further south. I swear I could feel a tree's life, sometimes. I know that plants and trees are alive, even though they aren't like us. Hard to really explain it. I believe we and every living thing feels emotion and pain.
Trees carry decades, even centuries of wisdom. To "grok" a tree, means to sit with it and allow yourself to meld into and with that energy. Its a good way to rebalance one's energy.

I have been highly intuitive all of my life, and have seen things before they happen, in the form of dreams, images in my head, visions etc. But twenty years ago when I was heavily into writing poetry, one evening a poem came to me out of the blue - I heard the words of the poem my head, and with no paper handy, I quickly tore a piece of paper off the weekly flyer I had been looking at only moments earlier so I could quickly scribble the words down before I forgot them. And the poem I scribbled down (complete with rhyme and all) was about a man driving alone on a lonely road in the dark who hit a sharp curve and went off the road down an embankment and was trapped in the car and couldn't get out and died alone. I entitled the poem, "Dying Alone". I thought it weird that such dark poem had come to me out of the blue. But given that most of the poems I had written usually came to me out of the blue anyway, I didn't think much of it, and just filed the poem away with my other poems and that was that. Well low and behold five nights later on a Saturday night, my best friend called me, devastated, and told that her first cousin had died just the night before, and when she gave me the details of how he had died, I nearly fell out of my chair. She told me her cousin had recently gotten his trucker's license and had been out on his very first shift driving a tracker-trailer, and had come upon a sharp turn in the road and lost control of the truck, resulting in it flipping over an embankment and he ended up trapped inside and couldn't get out and died. I was so stunned I just sat wide-eyed on the other end of the phone unable to believe my ears. And she was so devastated I didn't have the heart to tell her right then that only five nights earlier a poem had come to me out of the blue and I had written it down with those EXACT details. I only ended up admitting to her about five years later, that I had, had a premonition about it, in the form of a poem that I had written mere nights before her cousin died. That experience is just one of many, many premonitions I have experience throughout the course of my life. Freaks me out sometimes when these things happen to me, but then I shrug it off, thinking I should be so used to it by now it shouldn't shock me anymore.
Well that is really awful to have to go through that type of negative experience it's such a shame you ever had to deal with this type of experience.
"Weird" can definitely be misconstrued, since it is often at times linked to things we can not understand. When I was 12, I would cry at night and pray my father would not die. A month or so later he died during open-heart surgery at the age of 38. I am not a psychic or anything, but there is some time of connection we can not explain.
On another topic, I feel Mr. Shatner, has not been treated fairly by Hollywood. TOS of Star Trek, along with movies like The Voyage Home, relate to real world issues. Because they were considered Sci-Fi they were not even considered by the Academy. Only recently do we see actors, like Adam Driver (Star Wars' Kylo Ren), getting taken seriously. The AMPAS should take Shatner's work seriously since he initially started acting back in the 30s.
He's even more brilliant in the Boston Legal series. One of the best written US series ever in my opinion. I highly recommend it.
We CAN understand these connections because they are as simple as the electrical energy grid we are immersed within. Don't you know that cell phones and TVs and electricity would not exist if this was not true? Nobody creates electricity. It is already there. Somebody had to create a device to turn, to spin, to create a spark. This spark was channeled through wires. There could be no spark if atoms did not spin with positive/negative poles. WE spin as positive/negative poles. WE are electrical energy fields. That is why we are hooked up with intuition. This electricity forms pictures which we can see. WE are electrical forms that are creating these bodies that we see. The physicist Barbara Brennan wrote in her book HAND OF LIGHT that we are eternal electrical energy fields and holograms.
There are cartels running this world that want to keep us all stupid. They make money from our stupidity. A psychic is a person that has learned to see the images all around us.

When I was in elementary school I remember crying so much for no reason at all and then had this feeling that someone that I love was hurt, I called my mom crying and she comes to tell me that my dad was stomped in the head multiple times and we wouldn’t know if he would make it but he did
Back in 1985 when my mother flew from Chicago to Fl for a Bears football 🏈 game I had a dream her plane crashed. I woke up very nervous. Then the plane that left before my moms,for same destination in FL crashed. When I was 11 in 1983 my mother and I were doing & saying weird things about “if my Dad died.” And within 5 days my 41yr old father died of a heart attack

I have experienced many premonitions during my life. It started when I was a child and so it continues.. My 'visions' have become more detailed and longer with age and it is almost always a 'warning'.

I absolutely adore William Shatner. I grew up watching re-runs of TOST with my dad and have followed Shatner's career ever since. He has such a calming voice and just seeing him brings me joy. When he came back from that flight into space and spoke those moving words about how he felt, he touched a deeply spiritual point in my soul. His words were so profound and so beautiful. Shows what a true gift he is to the world.
The volcano kid could probably sense a rumble or some other sound that humans can feel but not necessarily hear. That's how animals know when something is about to happen like an earthquake or a tsunami.

I dreamt the 9/11 airplane account and wrote down the stuff I saw in my dream about 9 wks before it happened. My whole life Ive had that deja yu stuff all the time and when studying a book on dreams I learned how to remember and record them. I slowly realized I was dreaming the future and my deja vu moments were really my dreams of the future. its defiantly from god, since i was a young child I had other gifts as well, stemming from the lord.
I used to get that when I was young all the time , like 1 to 3 times a week. And then a few days later it comes true. I started to recognize it as iv seen this before and I know what is going to happen next and it did.

We exist in a dimension where there is no time. That is why it is easy to see "future" probabilities. They don't have to happen. But 9/11 was planned many years before it happened. That is why you could see it. Did you see why those towers dustified? Towers don't come down from planes hitting them. In this case, I have seen videos that say there were no planes. There were no signals of their presence in the air. That dustification of the towers way up in the air like that had to have been caused by lasers, some sort of energy transfer. There are people that say Manhattan was full of evidence of directed energy weapons. The book WHERE DID THE TOWERS GO? EVIDENCE OF DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS on 9/11 written by Judy Wood has many pictures in it of what this evidence looks like.
The video BEHIND THE SMOKE CURTAIN: THE 9/11 PENTAGON ATTACK says the evil/diabolical nazis working in the white house did 9/11. Honegger is the main speaker because she worked in the white house for 30 years. She names these nazis by name. Did you see any of this? There were/are many reports of people betting on those planes ahead of that catastrophe.
Whether energy or bombs, etc. these devices had to have been set up way in advance to take down those towers, way before any alleged planes hit those towers. The reason we don't hear trials in the news is because huge cartels set it up to show their power over the world. This whole catastrophe was set up on purpose like king kong beats his chest to show his power. This tells you how really cruel these oligarchs are. I keep a dream diary, since I was 12. I write the dream and then I dissect what elements from my waking life are in it and what the dream was working on. I have had dreams that predicted the future where I walked into the dream during my waking life several times. It doesn't matter how closely the dream comes true, skeptics will never believe it or care. That does not matter. What matters is that they warn you or help you. Your dreams are not to help them. The dreams are for you.
Yet at times mine have actually help me an others. So has this voice that at times seems to tell me too say things to others. An Everytime I don't listen I get hurt or something happens . It told me too tell a friend to go home while in a car . They drove off 30 minutes later they rolled that car.
That was incredibly interesting! In another episode there was discussion around spontaneous human combustion... we would be ignorant to think that we understand the realm of our reality. The human mind has always intrigued me, I can't recall any significant moments of having those experiences but I truly believe intuition.

Had a dream when I was young flying over a airport saw a plane that looked like a giant picked it up and broke it in two and set it down. My Father had his pilot’s license and took myself and my little brother on a small plane trip to see her not long after the dream. On the return flight back leaving a airport my Father said look at that. And there it was the plane from my dream broken in half just like I saw it. It was crazy.🌹

I think I have this ability, I've been able to predict a lot of things years before they happened with relative accuracy.
It’s also worse than just that the FAA wouldn’t do anything because they didn’t know where the plane was. But a lot of people tend to get blamed for what happened. Like they would say to him how did you know this was gonna happen, did you or anyone you know do anything to cause this? People that have dreams about a murder or location of a body have been blamed, even arrested.
There are 5 Clair's and each human being, who is willing to dive deeper into this, can develop one or more of the Clair's. My primary ability is claircognizance, that means that I know something before it's happening. One of the most profound experience I had, was when I was out shopping with my two best friends. I saw a dress and kinda had a feeling/knew that my friend Alina will give it to my other friend Nadine to try. One minute after it, Alina went straight to the dress and gave it to Alina. This was a big "Oh my god!" for me.

Over the last summer, I accidentally stumbled upon a new ability, that I wasn't aware of and that is psychometry. This is the ability to read the story of an object. Mostly the last person, who had the object or a spirit who attached their energy onto it, bc of unfinished business. This is for sure one of the most fascinating things and I am also about to develop further, bc that might become handy in the future. I am a cultural anthropologist and would like to apply for an expert job at a famous antique auction house here in Austria.
The only thing that I find it sad, is that psychic abilities have been marked as crazy due to some bad apples we have in the community. There are scammers everywhere, but to mark people as crazy just because some things you just can't really prove or get hard facts like in STEM. I'm a scientist myself, but what I like about cultural anthropology is that we don't mark things as crazy, just because you can't get hard facts. We call it a phenomenon. We are all free to believe what we want, but call somebody as crazy, just because it's beyond your own believes is utterly disrespectful. I had to call out my partner, who is a physicist and a pretty typical STEM person. At least my in-laws are respectful and believe in this. (My mother in law scoled him once haha 🤣)

I have 2 variations.
1: "Normal" dream which when I wake up I can connect it to current feelings and events that have been happening to me.
2: Extremely vivid dreams which seem to connect me to a parallel universe where I experience extremely detailed, extremely long dreams of me doing things in another dimension or universe or something, I won't give specific details but fuck they are powerful and I always wake up with my heart pumping and I go smoke/vape and unlike normal dreams I go over the details, like they are etched into my memories.
Also, fuck these PhD wankers who just can't accept there's things out there that they can't understand, therefore they apply nonsensical "real" explanations to paranormal explanations..
On June 20th 2011, I woke up from a dream where I was standing in a road on a foggy and wet night. I was looking into the sky as a large passenger plane flew over me very low in the air, then the plane clipped a tree and crashed in a huge ball of fire right in front of me. I remember it was a fairly thick wooded area with a long straight road which had a few small buildings along the left side of the road. I woke up that morning very energized with these images still flashing through my mind. I got out of bed and started my morning, when I sat down at my computer I instantly saw all the news reports of a passenger plane crash in Russia. The news showed footage of the crews putting out the fires and cleaning up the debris and my heart sunk in my chest. The footage I saw was from the very same place I was at in my dream. The flight was RusAir Flight 9605 which crashed on June 20th 2011. What I thought in my dream was the road was actually a runway the plane was trying to land on and indeed hit a tree while trying to land and crashed. I'll never forget that dream.

I had a vision of reading in the news paper, the day before the explosion of the Challenger. I saw that the crew was 7 people and one was a female teacher. It happen after I came home from a dentist appointment, I had taken strong pain medication and fell asleep reading the news. When I woke up, I asked my mom about the news (I wanted to finish reading it) and my mother told me that the Challenger was going up the next day. She recognizes that I have predicted a lot of events (normally just with my family and friends). She wanted to call the police and the military. I didn't let her call anyone, I explained that they will first think we were nuts and not believe me and after the accident they would think that we were terrorist and it was provoked.

At age 12, in 1961 I read a bizarre book titled "Star Quest" which foresaw many
future events but none of them had enough detail to prevent anything. I was
allowed to keep it for four days so I could "burn it into my memory" I didn't
because I gave it to my Mother. against orders, and my older brother and
an aunt read it because it also foresaw one of my nieces dying young, 39,
and my cousin, not dying but having a car accident which would put him into a
coma. It foresaw the Oklahoma City Bombing and asked me to stop it.
One of the things it also prophesied was me walking out on January 28, 2003
and looking to the clouds and seeing a figure F-0. The 'F' stayed constant
but the 0 formed into an 8 then became 9 before both the F and the 9
disappeared. The Space Shuttle Columbia was having problems and they
were deciding if they should risk re-entry or go to the Space Station to
repair it. It was a 50-50 chance of either of them working. On February 1,
they attempted re-entry and it failed.
What I thought the first I awoke that morning was when I was to write
my book "A Quest For Peace" about my bizarre life and how people who
couldn't accept prophesy had harmed my life. Some of them were
atheists and Communists.
I have very little psychic powers myself. Four times I felt someone
would die (all suicides) but had no means to stop it. Once I felt someone
would get into an accident but because I just met him, how could I warn
him? Another time, as I was talking to a woman who worked with me,
I had a fear something would happen to him. They were fighting, I never
met him so who would believe me? In all the cases, I probably would not
have altered a thing.
However, in my own life, after work I had a feeling not to go home
right away and to keep talking to a co-worker despite he being boring.
Then something told me it was O.K. to go home. It was around one
in the morning and some drunk driver had crossed my lane and was
in a ditch. Somehow the emergency vehicles were on their way so
I didn't stop to help. I had a 50 mile drive on a two lane road to get
home. How did I know? I think your powers can help people but they
have to know you well.
I am very curious about all your visions or intuitions. I think by
opening up skeptic's minds the world may be saved from an
asteroid destruction someday. I fear the year 2106 but it may
take 73 years the hard core skeptics.

The doctor is so sad because he just doesn't know. My entire life, now over 6 decades, I have had both Extreme feelings of knowing, and also actual Visions that have Saved life's, and Proven without doubt. It's so hard for people to understand unless they have experienced it for themselves.
I've experienced your spelling and grammar, and it was actually painful. You seem to capitalize with a shotgun and somehow you don't know the plural of life is lives so you both misspelled it and used possessive instead of plural. How can you not have learned basic grammar and spelling in your over 6 decades?
I 100% agree . You can always pedict the future through dreams. It have happened to me several times and within a day or two it hapens. You can dream of it happening directly or indirectly. I beleave in dreams.
I told a ‘local’ psychic about a vision I had about massive graves being dug in large pits and filled with bodies and bulldozers covering them over with fresh earth. The only other people I told was my husband and my girlfriend. Covid made this vision reality. I also saw my own divorce before it happened too. Not one person believed me. I’m to tired it’s exactly 4:44am, I’m going to bed.

It`s true, very true; I experience this almost everyday. However, some of these dreams are extremely difficult to decipher . It is only after the event has occurred that I realize the accuracy of the dream. Often ,the nighttmare shakes me out of my sleep annoyingly.

A long time friend of mine had a dream that he died in an uncommon manner. He wrote down this dream. Two weeks later he died. His mom found his journal a read it and saw that nearly every detail in his dream was exactly how the accident happened. Down to the color of the vehicle
I think the volcano prediction was that it produced massive amounts of sub-audible frequencies that the boy was sensitive to.
This kind of thing happens all the time. In 1985, I dreamt of an earthquake, and it took place 2 days later in Mexico City.
I can see things happen before they do sometimes its in a dream thats the only times i dream , mostly it happens in awake state but i just get drawn in to my own head and then i see things in sequences completly as in real life first when i get back from the flash i then realise i was seeing it in my head and that it is still not happened ,

I would love it if a skeptic was proven wrong.
I have nightmares mostly but every once in a while I have a vision of the future and it ain't good. But those visions could be from any timeline, from any bubble in the multiverse so just because I see a horrible future doesn't necessarily mean it's our future.

The biggest mystery in this episode is why someone would take their 7 year old kid to an active volcano that was showing signs of erupting, specifically with the intention of being there when it happens so you can photograph it. Boggles my mind.

It isn't that you are feeling the disaster, you are feeling what the people are going to feel when it happens. We are all connected and the agonies of the victims, the fears are so far reaching that it can go forward and backward in time. I feel these disasters by the strong feelings, the visions are secondary.

I had a dream come true once. What I dreamt was NO different than what I lived out. No difference at all..
It's well known that animals are meant to sense an earthquake is imminent, and I dare say the same is true for volcanic eruptions. Animal senses are significantly better than ours, and I wouldn't be surprised if they can 'smell' certain reactions taking place in stressed and heated rocks to very small degrees.
Animals (and perhaps plants too) would be sending out scent signals to each other to run or close their plant pores (it's been demonstrated that plants do send each other signals if they are under attack from pests or disease, so why not a warning in advance?).
Just ask a pregnant woman how her sense of smell compares to her non-pregnant state. Both sense of smell and sense of taste is greatly heightened (by a factor of 4-5 times stronger than normal in my case. I couldn't cook anything to eat because the smells of heating food were simply overwhelming, a walk in the Bluebell woods was like having concentrated Hyacinths pressed to my nose, and I could identify people at a distance from their own personal aroma - and no, they weren't all suffering from B.O., everyone has their own unique 'fragrance no matter how much soap you use or deodorant you apply).
I would say that even if this child didn't directly 'predict' this volcanic eruption, being young and uncluttered with thoughts of 'adult responsibility,' he was left to stand undistracted by his father's concerns - and that's when his younger, fresher sense of smell detected the scent of animal fear, panic and their communal need to escape the area, his brain translating those scents into a feeling he could react to.
I totally agree with you, Debbie, and I would also like to add that children have a better sense of hearing than adults. It is possible that both volcanos and earthquakes give off infra sound which adults can't pick up on, but children can!!!
A friend and I had just left Chicago on our way to New Jersey to pick up my cousin. She and I were on our way to France for my nephew's wedding. Hearing the news of the crash on the radio was horrifying; we talked of little else the rest of the road trip. Two days later, my cousin and I boarded the plane for Europe. It was a DC10. Talk about being nervous!

That psychology Dr. does NOT know what he's talking about. He needs to stick to talking about crazy people and leave premonitions to those of us who have them regularly. Some of us can tell you events that are going to take place in exact detail a year or more in advance. Then exactly what we said would happen on the day we said it would take place plays out like a video right down to the finest detail and it's not anything that an individual could make happen.
True. I dreamed of the Concorde crash months before it happened as I saw it. Tried telling folks but it had a perfect safety record and it's demise was too unlikely!

I dreamed about when the airplanes hit a little before 911. It was 4 nights in a row I saw myself on at least 2 of the flights. The fire was blazing and I saw other people too. There was nothing I could do but pray. I had no idea why I kept having the dream at that time. Who would believe when your having a premonition? I've experienced premonitions at other times in my life but there was no interpretation for me to know what to do. I believe him. It's really scary and upsetting when you feel this helpless.
