It examines whether a possessed painting in Britain attacked a boy. Finally, it goes to New Zealand to examine whether natural disasters release spectral energy.

      And you can bet your ectoplasm that James T Kirk isn't using your standard version pack. Scotty has more than likely beefed this one up to the power of a phaser bank. Nothing left of the specter to even trap. And for Gozer level manifestation there is no need to cross the stream when the thing could probably fire the equivalent of a photon torpedo

    • @bewinged1
      @bewinged1 2 года назад +1

      Often haunted objects draw people to them, and even though they would not want the item, for some reason, they do. It may be the same with cursed objects, which the painting the "Anguish Man," is. I myself have experienced this drawing with objects with spirits in them. I went to an antique store and saw an old pulpit. Granted, it was beautiful, but I usually dont want items like that, for which I have no use. Still, this one I did want. I get home, think about the item, and a few days later, saw a spirit in my apartment. He was dressed in old fashioned clothes, and giving a sermon. It was quite an experience.

      I live outside of Gettysburg Pa and everyone here understands paranormal ghost. There isn't anyone that hasn't experienced ghost.. Yes; it can be gasses inside a house or a mental illness. When others are present and just walked into a structure and are seeing the same thing.. it is really happening. Here at night after a thunderstorm in Gettysburg at night we can see the lanterns swinging while someone is walking across the battlefields. At night after the Civil War Battles they used to go out into the battle grounds with lanterns to look for survivors. To this day there are still souls walking and looking in these fields. I honestly believe it is an energy left behind that is repeated when there is a thunderstorm producing electromagnetic energy to activate it. People will see Soldiers sitting on the eves in there barns... they just look at you and will not say anything. They are so solid in appearance that many offer them water and something to eat. These reenactment Solders bring in revenue for the community and are important for the economy here. The other ghosts found here are women in Black just sitting in chairs rocking and waiting for their husbands being treated in the Civil War hospitals. There is a lady seen by many.. found after hours just sitting and rocking and knitting. When you ask her; How can I help you.. we are closed for the evening. She will respond. I am waiting for my husband to get out of surgery. When you turn away... and then turn back.. she vanishes. She is dressed in Civil War black dress and very pleasant to look at and she is very polite. Yes there are scientific explanations for most events... but some are real and unexplained. Unless you personally expedience an event.. you honestly can not believe it is real. Don't get upset with someone that thinks it is all crazy... some is.. but some is not.

    Great episode! In essence, life is energy, so it doesn’t seem all that baffling that energy expelled could be absorbed into surrounding objects, particularly in traumatic circumstances. Not to undermine the theory in science, but often the attempt to validate the unexplainable leaves more questions than answers (i.e., If it’s simply sleep deprivation, cataract or cosmic radiation, why were so many employees seeing the same dead pilots?). Attempt notwithstanding, we look for rhyme and reason to life which sometimes has no rhyme or reason. It’s like rationalizing every mystery in life to mere coincidence.

      @@karanfield4229 actually, it seems that these happenings take place more often than what is given to know! I was literally dumbfounded when, just a few days ago, I heard Telly Savalas tell an amazing episode: he says that one night, in 1958/9, while driving back home in New York he ran out of gasoline. "Kojak" tells he was seriously concerned, having realized he had gotten into that trouble without any chance of solution. He says his car had stopped in the middle of nowhere, and he didn't even had carried any money at all. Out of the blue, as for magic, a young man in his car showed up asking if he could help. His voice sounded kinda weird. They introduced themselves, shook their hands, drove to the nearest pump station, got back, etc.; and the young man gave him his telephon number, so that Savalas could call him and set things in order to meet and give him back the money owed. When he called, a woman answered: she was very upset, thinking about a stupid joke. Well, she was the mother of XX, who died a couple of years before shooting himself in the throat. I am going to find the link, so that you can hear this unbelievable story. I do apologize my english.

He was solid but I knew he was a ghost. It was something about the way the light hit him or maybe he had blurred edges. I can’t really explain, his image just looked wrong. And he seemed unaware of us. I actually did a quick double take and on my 2nd glance he had vanished. My friend screamed as she actually saw him vanish. There was absolutely no way it was a real person who managed to get into that spot without us noticing. That bridge was deserted we’d walked to the end of it then back. No one was there. I can say with my hand on my heart that I really saw a ghost. He had a beige knee length waterproof coat on with the hood up, at the time I saw him 89/90 it didn’t look particularly old. The type of coat was around 1960’s to 80’s, I thought. And dark trousers but I don’t remember them as much as the coat. He definitely had legs because I saw him walking.

    Occam's Razor, in this instance, supports that the staff were seeing an apparition (probably residual in nature, albeit strong) of the deceased pilots. Our other choice is; cosmic radiation caused several or perhaps dozens of people to see the exact same phenomenon. The more sensible choice in this case is the one that is more fantastical.
    It always irks me when an expert, scientist or doctor cherry picks what they want to address..."Cosmic radiation..." without following through on why didn't one person see a palm tree, and another a glowing orb. Anyway, that's my two cents.

      Hallucinations are susceptible to suggestion. You'll likely see what you're already primed to see. If you know you shouldn't be sleeping on the job, you may see an authority figure for example. Since all of these reports happened on flights, the hallucinations would likely be of flight staff. Even with the passengers, hallucinating another passenger walking by you isn't all that notable, but seeing a captain walking down the gangway will stick with you. Pair that with a healthy does of MPI, a small enclosed environment, and some sleep disturbance, and you can have a series of very similar reports.

    Skeptics aren't good skeptics if they don't ever entertain the possibilities that what they are skeptical about might be true. Plus these skeptics never counter every variable in this. It makes the skeptics in this series look unprofessional. The people who are pro active for these Paranormal Incidents also jump to too many conclusions as well it also discredits them. So if both sides were a bit more professional, analytical, and open to all possibilities and not just ones they want to see(self fulfilling prophecy)the outcomes of each episode might not feel so disappointing. Mr.Shatner Sir, I love the show it's a lot of fun and you hit the ball out of the park with everyone, but the skeptics/pros could be a bit more unbiased.

      Exactly, their explanations don't explain the vast majority of paranormal sightings and happenings. I work nights, yet I've never seen anything untoward, I've heard something odd, but never seen anything. The few strange things I have seen have been in the middle of the day and years before I worked nights.

    If that's the case about the ghosts on the aircraft just being energy trapped in to salvaged parts and it's why they don't speak, then how do you explain the well know incident where one of them appeared in the cockpit when the flight attendant entered and she dropped the tray she was carrying when the ghost turned it's head around and said,..."There will never be another crash of an LD-11 Aircraft"...and that statement has rang true ever since.
