Friends, it's worth trying mushrooms at least once in your life. This is one of the most important episodes in life. It is impossible to describe in words what you will experience. BUT!!! It is important to remember the permissible grams so as not to "overdo it" - there will be nothing terrible with an overdose, but the sensations can simply outgrow expectations. So my advice is to use the formula 0.05 grams times your weight. For example, you weigh 65 kg, then 65 times 0.05, then your golden mean would be 3.25 grams of mushrooms. If by mistake or ignorance you took many times more - it's okay. The most important thing is to accept everything that happens to you.

A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

That's rather subjective, and depends entirely on you, your personality, your mental state at the time, etc. Alone is better for personal exploration, going deep into your psyche, or for spiritual/mystical reasons. It can also be uncomfortable or scary for some people. With people, I'd strongly recommend keeping it to close friends/family who you trust. Certainly wouldn't want to do them in a public place or surrounded by strangers, but your mileage may vary.
I recently ate 7 grams of mushrooms. This week I did dmt for the first time and ended up doing a really strong dose because I messed up heating it up properly the first 3 times. I ended up with a big residual amount of dmt in the pipe aswell as the fresh load. What I saw was like a million times more powerful than the 7 grams of mushrooms. Scary yet astonishing stuff.
All very explainable.. taking it with food delays the effect but it will depend on how much you cleared your stomach already and ofc can vary between ppl, also the mushroom tissue itself can often cause indigestion so making a tea makes way more sense and it can kick in hard. So you might wanna drink the tea spread over a bit of time like 15/20 minutes unless you are very experienced. Saying I love you on psychedelics idk if its always taken the same way, cause i would expect it from anybody who trips with me it doesnt have to be romantic but can be way more platonic and in the moment. I wouldnt presume to tell you what counts and ofc it probably does reflect some of the feelings you have but i would make it explicit again later haha cause things just arent the same on shrooms lol.
