    Thank you very much for a job well done, I’m about writing my ASCPi exams and your lecture did well, however please take a close look at C and c at the 3rd line panel small c is homozygous which rules out big C

    Thank you. Please, I thought we will first match and cancel antibodies enhanced by the enzyme panel with enzyme panel reaction pattern. Afterwards, we cross out those destroyed by enzyme panel using the IAT eaction pattern. Why are you crossing out anti-D at cell 3 when the enzyme reaction pattern is showing a weak reaction? Help
