I remember having watched your review of the skate classics Sk8-hi and your complain in regards of the amount of rubber around the toebox, that the new skate classics were thiner in that aspect having less rubber, i was waiting for your review of the lizzies and i hope i can try them myself soon, great review
Ik u said there isn’t really very shoes out besides tue Lizzie, u can always try the grosso high tops and THE FIEND by Eliot Sloan by fallen footwear as well 👍🔥⚡️
@@TheReal_DeanD Honestly, if you are going to pick up a pair I'd reccomend getting half cabs instead, they are also wide but offer more durability and cushioning
@@minorminer88er77 Man oh man. This is super helpful. I'm making note of all your comments so I'll be ready when I head to my local to get the 1/2 Cabs.
Putting aside the fit, it's a slimmer profile overall than the Sk8 Hi and doesn't have a padded collar. Impact protection is the same. I wouldn't say one is better than the other, but it's really personal preference.
This shoe looks weird lol, but its still lizzie model, so i must support her, one of my favorite skaterss. I still have a bunch of sk8 his to go thru before using this one. Your review is awesome dude, first video i watch from you.
wrong. I have wide feet and currently using the grosso, they look huge but they are comfy. The ultrarange are hell tho. Sk8hi, oldskool, slipons never had a problem with those. About the grosso, i hate that they look huge, but i wear 12US :( so if they were the lizzie they would look like clown feet
@@leredditcommander8208 don't tell me I am wrong when this is my actual experience and Vans verified they made their shoes thinner to maximize profits. I literally ordered the shoes and they were way too narrow. I tried on others in stores after I returned them. I asked Vans , since I used to wear Vans fine and they told me they make them narrower and use less materials to help the environment and to save costs.

Great content as always man! Keep these review videos coming
Thanks for the review! I have narrow feet and find that most Vans don't work for me so will have to check these out.
Great review. Keep up the good work! 😊
very proper review keep it up
Nice review man!
12:44 what about for board dings/hits against the ankle - does it provide enough protection?
It'll protect you against potential cuts and all, but the impact will probably still hurt.
@@ThorneBenatar Thanks! It sounds like the sk8 hi would provide better protection against impact then, since it's padded.

16:48 lol that shit mad funny
Damn it!! I have wide feet and need wider sneakers. Seems like a wonderful built skate shoe. Oh well. Thanks for saving me money.
Sk8-hi are pretty wide in my opinion
@@minorminer88er77 Thanks for the input. I'll check those out at my local.

They are pretty wide, offer 2 extra eyelets on the top if you like a tighter fit or go down to the metal ones for a looser fit

Excellente Review
Vans suck for wide feet. I wore them in the 80's just fine, but can't anymore. So now I wear Vallely Vegan Suede Cariuma Skate shoes.

My fat feet aren’t fitting in these lil things
