I am an overseas born Chinese and am very interested in the Qing era thanks so much and yes Qian Loong has been inmortalised in Mainland Chinese tv series and the series call Yanxi Palace took Asia by storm
Do you have any paintings or pictures of his Step Empress Ulna Nàra. What do you know about her and why she fell out of favor with the Emperor Qiànloñg. Where would I find her historical history. Thank you for any pictures or historical history.
@ kim hicks who doesn't want information on her now? I think her lore is becoming more outstanding in comparison to Qianlong. For the highest ranked women to go "missing" and essentially be written out during such a prosperous time is beyond mysterious.
@@Ashley-vs8nu We need a detective on this. Finally I did see a painting that was believed to be Step Empress Ulanara. She was pretty and looked a little like Ruyi in the mini series
@@riyashah7486 It was said historically he destroyed he4 pictures and everything related to her but in my search their was a picture of someone else's picture that was believe to be her and also some group drawings she was thought to be in. If they were her it was probably taken when she was in her teens before she married him when she was 16 when she married him. She was probably a concubine at a very early age in the Forbidden City before she became Step Empress

Fifial piety was very important, the older you were in the palace as a royal the more respect was shown to you.
Qinglong was cute, not fat like the other emperors
