Fun fact, the magical armor ability you get as an Armorer states that it compensates for any missing limbs/digits when you put it on. So theoretically, you could fuck up your legs, and the suit will let you walk, still.
Appreciate the Iron Man 2 hype, everyone says it sucks but after giving a second look getting ready for Infinity War I really enjoyed it. Plus I love this build as now I can live my dream of being Don Cheadle in DnD.
I’m guessing we’ll have a strange mix of classes but the thing that makes the most sense to me is Artilerist Artificer. Sure, he doesn’t make the suit himself, but he does pull lots of guns out of the suit. And the cannon the artilerist creates can sit on your shoulder.

Fun Fact about Armorer Artificer. With the guardian model at lv 15 it can use it's reaction to pull someone that comes 30 feet near you. If you fail, it can immediately hit them with the thunder gauntlets, making you have disadvantage on attacks against others targets other then it. Also it can use the sentinel feat. With this combo it's going to be fucking impossible to run from, well except if you have legendary resistance.

Hey Tulok, great video as usual! I was wondering if you'd had much of a look at the subclasses in Legends of Rune Terra, I don't know how "official" they are or how many DMs would love to play with them, but they're pretty fun and seem like they would be a pretty cool for some building character videos!
i like this. i main a warforged artificer/ sorcerer, so this tickles my fancy, though i went with the [now redacted] subclass of Archivist. sad it didnt make the cut, but order of the scribe replaced it with most of its meat intact, just moved to a wiz class. i may use the bulk of this build for my own [Iron Warrior] but ill probably see how i can mix it with the draconic sorcerer (they get wings later, and so fly is not needed, plus i can buy a ring of flight or something if i really want it and dont wanna waste a slot). eager to see more builds from you, hopefully you will eventually make a build for Shiro (from Log Horizion) or Kirito (from Sword Art Online)
IDK if you check the comments for ideas on what to do next, but have you considered Ike from Fire Emblem/Smash Bros? I noticed that you haven't actually got many greatsword builds as I was binging literally every video, and also Ike is just cool. I like Ike.
Tulok, real quick. I would like to have two redo videos but for Batman and Captain America. You don't have to change the build or even the footage or the script, but it would be good to put the graphics of what level class spells ect. Would be very beneficial because Batman and Cap are kinda hard to follow right now. But still, very low priority, thank you for the Saturday build
You know, if you want to make a War Machine that's also a little more accurate to the comics, you could take Blink as one of your 3rd level spells since it would be the closest equivalent Rhodey would have for the Ghost Tech that he has in his suit in the comics
Another thing I've thought of would be a tiefling with flying, heavily armored feat, artillerist (for them shoulder cannons of force Ballistas), having wand sheaths to be on the arms and then a few wands, such as wand of lightning and wand of magic missiles. That's what I did when I accidentally made an ironman/warmachine one time😂

Haven’t even finished the video but Fall Out Boy lyric references are an automatic like as far as I’m concerned.
Hey Tulok, great video as usual! I was wondering if you'd had much of a look at the subclasses in Legends of Rune Terra, I don't know how "official" they are or how many DMs would love to play with them, but they're pretty fun and seem like they would be a pretty cool for some building character videos!
A video on Saturday!? But... the algorithm!!!
i like this. i main a warforged artificer/ sorcerer, so this tickles my fancy, though i went with the [now redacted] subclass of Archivist. sad it didnt make the cut, but order of the scribe replaced it with most of its meat intact, just moved to a wiz class. i may use the bulk of this build for my own [Iron Warrior] but ill probably see how i can mix it with the draconic sorcerer (they get wings later, and so fly is not needed, plus i can buy a ring of flight or something if i really want it and dont wanna waste a slot).
eager to see more builds from you, hopefully you will eventually make a build for Shiro (from Log Horizion) or Kirito (from Sword Art Online)
liked for Little Miss Sunshine! classic shoutout Tulok
Variant Human Soldier background artificer armourer? I feel like it has to be this, I'm excited to see.
Well this was a pleasant surprise. I love Warmachine!
IDK if you check the comments for ideas on what to do next, but have you considered Ike from Fire Emblem/Smash Bros? I noticed that you haven't actually got many greatsword builds as I was binging literally every video, and also Ike is just cool. I like Ike.
Oohhh healer build next week! Nice!
Saturday?! Nani?
Tulok, real quick. I would like to have two redo videos but for Batman and Captain America. You don't have to change the build or even the footage or the script, but it would be good to put the graphics of what level class spells ect. Would be very beneficial because Batman and Cap are kinda hard to follow right now. But still, very low priority, thank you for the Saturday build
You should do one for Taskmaster
Oh that would be so cool
It's good to see someone who also thinks Iron Man 2 is underrated, if they have Favreau more autonomy it would have been even better.
The ancestor from darkest dungeon, dude's got charisma in spades
Whiplash would be an interesting Iron Man character to see built. It'd be maybe an armor class mixed with either whips or the Thorn Whip spell?
Because of the power armor feature we need a fallout build
You said you want to do the whole smash cast someday, my boy I want yoshi
You know, if you want to make a War Machine that's also a little more accurate to the comics, you could take Blink as one of your 3rd level spells since it would be the closest equivalent Rhodey would have for the Ghost Tech that he has in his suit in the comics
Another thing I've thought of would be a tiefling with flying, heavily armored feat, artillerist (for them shoulder cannons of force Ballistas), having wand sheaths to be on the arms and then a few wands, such as wand of lightning and wand of magic missiles. That's what I did when I accidentally made an ironman/warmachine one time😂
You made a magi-tech version of Duncan Belloc aka Firebreather
Man I love these builds, I usually throw them against my PC's when they match thematically with my bad guys lul. Can't wait to find a reason for them to fight War Machine hahah
I would love to see a Static Shock build
I just wanted to say that, as a long-time Trekkie, I enjoyed the Abrams era films. I liked Star Trek (2009), I liked Star Trek Beyond. And those are the Abrams-era Star Trek films.
{waits for someone to mention 'Into Darkness'}
I SAID THOSE ARE THE ABRAMS-ERA STAR TREK FILMS!
Iron Man 2 is fantastic if for no other reason than Justin Hammer. I want him back leading a marvel legion of doom so he can finally have a role worthy of that incredible performance
12:50 hate to say it, but since counterspell is a reaction already you can’t use Flash of Genius. Only one reaction per turn. Though if you’re paired up with someone else who has counterspell you can through your flash of genius on THEIR counterspell.
Now that the Lionin has been published, I'd like to see a build for the Beast King from One Punch Man. I know he was only in one episode, but I thought he was cool. I'd imagine he'd be a combination of Barbarian and Monk.
I don’t see a Proton Cannon or War Destroyer, so I’ll ask:
What’s the highest level you can cast Magic Missile at with this build? Split casters are weird .
9th.
@@DetectiveLance 7th, actually. Artificers are half-casters, so with the multiclass casting rules, he's effectively a 13th level caster, so 7th level is his biggest spell slot
@@veldrintheshadow *pours you a congratulatory brandy*
Dude, you gotta get on Star Trek. TNG is on Netflix right now and it’s really good.
Yass!
DS-9 could have some really fun character builds too! (And is also just good, at least up until the last couple seasons - I haven't seen enough of season 6 &7 to vouch for those)
Indeed, Star Trek is an enormous nerd blind spot.
FWIW, inspired by this series, I built Data as a Bard with -1 Charisma.
Think I will take some Dispel Magic incase of any Heat Metal shenanigans.
Could you create a Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo Star wars) d and d build as a master of strategie, military leader and some close combat and ranged attack options?
I'm assuming he would be a inquisitive rogue with a few monk levels mixed in. And idk what race, maybe Vedalken.
I like the song in the opening. The one that goes Beep boop boop bop.
Was gonna ask for an Animorph build, but had the sudden realization that an Animorph build would pretty much just be a druid LOL
