    What Video About
In this video, I share an intriguing workaround I discovered while modeling a vacuum cleaner in plasticity, specifically aimed at smoothly closing a challenging hole in the model. Initially, I attempted to use the patching technique to close this hole, expecting a smooth transition due to the G1 continuity. However, the result was far from smooth, with a noticeable edge remaining visible. After experimenting, I devised an alternative approach by extending the hole to create four edges instead of three, allowing for the use of lofting, which typically yields cleaner results than patching. This method significantly improved the smoothness of the transition, offering a much cleaner appearance, even though it wasn't perfect. This quick tip is particularly useful for overcoming similar modeling challenges in plasticity, demonstrating that sometimes a creative approach to problem-solving can lead to better outcomes.

People, people who teach technical content deserve the support of a like and your subscription to the channel, understand that the universe is a two-way hand that goes back and forth, understand this is very serious, value others to be valued, this way you open doors , and the doors opened for you.

You should also check at a higher resolution. Either go into "ultra" in the preferences or use Export Obj and turn the density up to 1

Rather than a somewhat randomly placed two lines to cut that edge into two edges, you could have trimmed the top surface with a radius, or broken up the side more precisely... I'm having a hard time describing the process without having visuals to rely on. The point is that there are tutorials out there from Rhino, Alias, etc users on how to properly create a corner from 3 edges.

I think this could work if you simply fillet the edge
