If clapper doesn't latch when performing full trip test is that acceptable by manufacturer ? It's on 4" valve and flowed it through the Inspectors test on the other end of the system with broke off sprinkler.

3 valves all had problems ...not happy with your dry valves especially out of the box.....too much play in your clapper....not fully covering the seat perfectly.....all 3 need to pull cover late off to properly seat.....

Reliable not so reliable anymore? Discontinued something that actually was reliable now with more crap to go wrong…Tyco engineer now employed at Reliable. Just wait till they get a victaulic engineer over there. They will have a priming line for the priming line and an actuator for the actuator and a piston for the diaphragm and throw in a double clapper with external resets and two piece face plate and take a puzzle piece from Viking and make it a 2 piece body to replace the rubber seats but make it so sloppy the external reset dosent work after a month of install and still have to pull the faceplate to reset the thin stainless clapper. 🤗🤔👍
