Sorry all, I was incredibly sick while recording this video. I had no energy...I didn't even change my clothes. lol. To make things worse, I had a huge pimple. Instead of shying away from the camera for the day, I decided to turn my bad luck into a tutorial for you!
I'm not a professional colorist, so I usually try to stay away from the Davinci Resolve tutorials...but I've seen very few videos showing how to do this in simple and straight forward way.
Hope this helps some of you out there! If so, be sure to drop a comment down below and let me know. Thanks for watching!

Fascinating! I videotaped an interview with a US Army Colonel last November. Didn't notice until after the shoot that he had a booger in his nose the whole time. I decided not to use the video.
Now there's hope! I'm new to video editing but your tutorial actually made sense! Thanks!

Just what I needed. Similar issue filming last night and needed to remove a facial blemish. I followed along your tutorial, and blemish gone. Thanks!

I'm trying this on a shot of a smile, where one tooth has some yellow gunk on it. The problem is, she closes her mouth about a second into the clip, and the window remains. How can I make the window stay for only as long as I need it in the clip?

Hi im trying to do this on a long video and it wont let me track forward for the entire video, itll only do it like 2 seconds at a time. how can i do it for a super long video?

I’m guessing that the problem is that the spot you’re trying to track is either getting covered or moving too fast. If that happens, you can single step through the problem frames and then continue to track once it’s able to. The other problem could be that there is not enough contrast in the area that you’re trying to track

I have had good luck with small objects, but there needs to be enough contrast
