Great video guys and keen to see more content ! I have a question about your wheels and tyres , I also have a px1 and was told 35s wouldn't fit what process , specs and any cutting you have to do to make 35s fit ? Cheers
cheers mate! There is a honey comb looking plastic cover behind the inner guard, down the bottom where the sil is. I removed that and that gave me a big chunk of clearance and then I trimmed the sil a little still.
I love my coffee too but I am amazed at the amount of people who are taking full blown machines with them , good for you, caffeine is important. Looks like a well thought out outfit, travel safe.
I know right ! We weren’t sure if we wanted to take a full size one and maybe just down size. But thought stuff it haha. The amount of money we would have spent on buying coffee out would be crazy hahah. I think the coffee machine has already paid for itself hey haha
I've got the same dune storage box and keen to mount my maxtrax on it like you've done. Just wondering how you reinforced the nut against the lid on the inside, just a washer for each pin or a solid aluminium strip at each end/ connecting both pins underneath? Great set-up BTW
Thats bloody mad! I've also got a 2012 px with a little over 120 000k and currently fitting it out for offroading and touring. My biggest fear is that since it's a pretty old car that I might be wasting my money and won't get much out of it. Any advice? Have you had any problems or would it last another 5 or so years? Cheers
that's awesome man and na man mines got 260 on the clock now and had a bit of a drama with the uni joints leaving the chat but other then that its been perfect! touch wood hahah I've just done all the general maintenance on the car and just kept checking over it every now and again hey. as long as your having fun with the set up and it makes your life and experiences better then don't be to stressed about "wasting" your money man. can't buy memories.
@@jetouring1263 I agree man my big dream is to one day do a trip around Australia. Just new to most things 4x4 and on a budget but so far loving the ranger. And I subbed to keep track on future trips you make keep up the good work
