We used this lounge before our flight with Singapore Airlines, but the lounge can be accessed by multiple airlines such as Qatar Airways, Air China, Air France, Cathay Pacific, etc. Ahlan lounge is in Terminal 1, next to gates D, after you clear security. Overall we were pretty impressed with the food and drinks options for a non-flagship lounge.
