    I was working in the five 13:48 star hotel and we have Filipino night BBQ. Sundenly korean guests looks around and took chiken feet, pork intestines, chicken intestine pork face BBQ. I want to stop bec . They might not recognize the food. Those are street food , suddenly i heard a korean that speak english,so I told him if they can eat those food and and he replied yes . We ate those food in korea. I was happy to find out that we shared the same food culture.

  • @Floofrer
    @Floofrer Год назад +13

    In the Philippines, Pork Intestines should be boiled first with garlic, ginger, pepper, and lemongrass for 10-20 mins in high heat. After boiling, prepare a large Wok or Pan, put the boiled intestines, and add water that fills it with salt and garlic while letting it simmer in high heat until the water dries up and leaves only the oil extracted from the intestine while cooking it at the same time.
