In the PH we called it... 1:27 "Chicharon Bulaklak" super yummy if its crispy 👍👍👍 We usually cook it deep fried in oil. 5:06 this one...for me..I usually cooked it Adobo-style. :)
In the Philippines, Pork Intestines should be boiled first with garlic, ginger, pepper, and lemongrass for 10-20 mins in high heat. After boiling, prepare a large Wok or Pan, put the boiled intestines, and add water that fills it with salt and garlic while letting it simmer in high heat until the water dries up and leaves only the oil extracted from the intestine while cooking it at the same time.
In the Philippines in here in Cebu we do not grill them. We fry them. We then deep it into vinegar with a lot of chili and white onions paired with puso and coke.
I like my intestines cooked crispy then eating them with spicy salsa and lemon juice i love liver cooked with onions and vingar, pig skin fried into chicharon con salsa mmmm im hungry, and im havin grilled beef heart
I don't think that it is not good idea to eat them, you can eat nice parts of meat with reasonable price. but I can not recommend if I were your friend. even the most of Korean who don't eat them.
It's Look like "mesentery" the tissue connector of the internal organs of the Pig in Philippines we make it "Chicharon Bulaklak" deep fried Crispy Pilipino "appetizer"! Dip with Vinegar with Onions and Chili it's Freaking Delicious 😋!

I want to stop bec . They might not recognize the food. Those are street food , suddenly i heard a korean that speak english,so I told him if they can eat those food and and he replied yes . They eat this without any additives. Chicharon bulaklak deep fried is better than theirs.
They didn't even boiled it first to remove most of the unhealthy lard...
I think they got this from the Philippines
