Yes there was an unused Emperor Bulblax file in Pikmin 3, however it was the same as the Pikmin 2 Emperor in size and if placed in the game is seen to be very unfinished because it just loops its eating and shaking animations. This one is much larger and fully completed, so it is simply a mod
