I made this . Delicious. I wish you was on in my earlier years of cooking for my family. RUclips wasn’t around then. Im Glad for you to have this chance to be a famous cook and with a great sense of humor. My sister would make me breakfast ( she’s Sicilian) Italian food for breakfast. I want you to make pizza alioli and pizza frete. It has powdered sugar like you see at carnivals. I find you amusing and love your accent and where you’re u grew up. God bless many more years ❤

I never add salt to pasta. A good ricotta is key; I made a baked ziti with Galbani ricotta, delicious, can really taste the ricotta! And I like a good grated pecorino Romano and reggiano parmesano, so I will pick up both as well as a lemon. Pepper mill pepper, no salt, maybe onion, garlic.

I just found your channel. My grandfather and great grandfather were from Orsara di Puglia. They came to the United States around 1907. I had the chance to visit in 1986. What a gorgeous town! I would love to go back. I'm looking forward to watching all of your videos. 😃
A wonderful man Mr.Cerio, was my first intro to food that was not german, He rented a suite from my Dad who had a business in the same building. He was from Sicily and his proudest times were sharing his food with a 8 yr old (me) and talking about his budgie bird. He had no family in Canada that I can recall. I Remember him with fondness 57 yrs later. He got me hooked on authentic italian food ever since. You speak as he did. Are u also from Sicily?
