it's not corrected when you advised choose COM1, COM2... if they did not work. When you connect console cable to COM port of your computer, it require install driver software and when software installed ok, you can open Device management and see the correct working COM port, in some cases, COM port could be 14. 15... and would bigger.

The need to install a driver is only required if you are using an usb adaptor. If you use an serial cable the device manager will not sho the correct com number. Have a nice day!

Solo se puede pulsando el botón hundido "Clear" en el frontal del switch.
