I don't have the heart for details but I'm literally cursed. People genuinely and truly have something targeting them LMFAO. bad luck isn't real it's TARGETED.
It's usually to nerf them down to the rest of us. Matt is unfathomably hot and immediately talented at anything he picks up, and so he's been nerfed with every tragedy that you could possibly imagine all in rapid succession. It's give and take. We're all G-d's OC's and sometimes he just wants to make a Mary Sue with a dark and tragic backstory. You just gotta make sure the trauma makes you cool hot and edgy enough to fit right in in a tween girl's sonic fanfiction.
Man, Nathan blew it out the dang park on this one. The render looks like he tried to emulate the Pokemon style as closely as possible, and he succeeded! They're all great, I just had to give it up for a great effort from the chillest boy Nathan.

Willie's 14 "pity" facts about himself made me surprised with both fascination and unease. (He is such a fascinating/crazy/wonderful person)
I refuse to believe the last one about his parents, it is too sad and insane.
Willie is ridiculously self depreciating, drawfee is always a light fun show with silly energy but Willie brings an energy that doesn't fit. I don't enjoy the episodes with him as a guest as much as the regular episodes 🤷♀️

I’m 100% going to subscribe to Willie’s channel because, self involved or not, you’ve got to have a great sense of humor to go through all that and then repeat it back to thousands of strangers with a, “so yeah, that’s me” attitude.
I just wanna say, Willie is by far my favourite guest on drawfee. I watch drawfee for comfort and enjoy the sameness of the regular cast, so when I see they have a guest on, even a guest I'm familiar with, I often skip the episode to watch when I'm more open to new things, but whenever I see that it's Willy I'm always actively excited. He brings this wonderful subdued chaos energy that I think meshes with the drawfee crew perfectly 🥰 Thanks for being you, Willy ☺

To answer Willie's "Why would they build waterparks in Wisconsin" question, most of the major waterpark chains in Wisconsin Dells have indoor portions. As someone who used to visit the dells a lot as a kid, I can confirm.

As a (brazilian) portuguese speaker who’s also obsessed with languages, european portuguese is pretty much spanish but be russian about it, because they’re both stress-time languages. Brazilian portuguese sounds a lot more like spanish because we kinda just went and made portuguese syllable-timed. Good job Willie!

"To speak Portuguese you just speak Spanish but be Russian about it" is the most succinct, concise, accurate description of Portuguese I have ever heard. every time I hear someone speak Portuguese out in public I think it's about 20 different languages (the first being Russian) before remembering Portuguese exists. As a native Spanish speaker, I can read Portuguese almost fluently, cause the written language is very similar, but I cannot even begin to comprehend how to pronounce any of the words, let alone understand the spoken language. I'm so delighted by Willy's explanation.

for future reference, the name "Six Flags" is a reference to the six separate nations that have claimed sovereignty over Texas in the past. Six Flags Fiesta is sometimes just called the "Alamo" park because it's in San Antonio, but the origin of the park name doesn't have to do with that specifically :)

Nathan Yaffe means “beautiful gift of god” in Hebrew, Julia Lepetit means either “the small sky god” or “small and youthful” in Latin and French, Karina Farek means “beloved divergence” in Latin and Hindi, and Jacob Andrews means “manly usurper” in Hebrew and Greek.

Hey, im from wisconsin! All the waterparks in wisconsin dells are either indoors or have an indoors component, in order to prevent the cold weather months from impacting sales too badly! Winter is actually a fairly popular time to vist wisconsin dells because the insides of indoor waterparks are very warm and humid and usually have hot tubs, and theres fuckall else to do during the wisconsin winter.
The reason wisconsin dells has so many waterparks specifically is because its in the park of wisconsin that has a huge tourism draw. Lots of people from other states have vacation homes in the area wisconsin dells is in because wisconsin is very pretty and has fairly lax tax and alcohol laws. And a great way to take advantage of summer home tourism is by building a huge, imoressive tourist trap within driving distance of where those summer homes are.

Portuguese here, and Willie was right. Portuguese language is very similar to Spanish but, when spoken, it sounds similar to Russian. So yes, Portuguese is Russian Spanish.

Pokedex entry 1: Clark sleeps on a pile of jewels. It's underside is covered in jewels that stick to it's surface and protect it's soft underbelly.
Pokedex entry 2: When a Sableye gets overwhelmed by it's possessive nature, it hides in a dark cave and hoards jewels until it metamorphoses into Clark.

The reason Wisconsin has so many waterparks is because it used to make a lot of money off of river tours. They took that idea and placed it inside so it could be used year-round, and because one of the more popular attractions in the tri-state area. Because of this it grew and grew and now the whole city is basically just water parks.
It is very much worth going there, even from out of state. But yeah, very strange the cheese state is popular for water slides.
100% confirm. The Dells are worth a visit. It's the Vegas of waterslides, go-carts, and corny roadside attractions.

Suggestion! I’m not sure if this has been done before but: Each artist (or just the hosting artist) creates a background, either a full on scene or just a bunch of random colors blended/blurred/or blocked out, then puts a black layer over the background. Then, grade school style, the next artist has to draw a character or scene on the black layer by only erasing. To keep it extra secretive the background layer could be hidden until the drawing is done. I think it would be cool to see the original background and sketch side-by-side, and also see a collaborative drawing done in a beans!

the portuguese thing reminded me of one time when I was chilling with my cousin and an exchange student from brazil and they were arguing about something that was written in Italian, because my cousin instantly knew that it was Italian and he didn't. so my cousin kept being like "that's so obviously Italian! it's so clear! how can you not tell?? you spoke Italian with a women the other day!" and he looked her dead in the eyes and replied "no I didn't. I just spoke Portuguese with an Italian accent and she understood me" I still think about that a lot. it was incredibly hilarious especially because my cousin was so worked up about it
