Worthless segment. Could have educated us about how deep is too deep to dig a hole in the sand, rescue techniques, how to initiate responders, ect.
How about hotels hire 1 lifeguard....in times of record stock buybacks and record profits...I mean inflation.....I'm sure they can spare enough bottom line space for safety /s
How about parents take responsibility for keeping an eye on their children!! It's not the town's responsibility!!
Yes, exactly! This situation has literally never happened in the Caribbean. We are islands surrounded by oceans and sand and we have never had this happen.

Okay I just don't understand. I grew up in the Caribbean by the beach, we dug holes in the sand like kids will do. But we were never alone long enough to fall into that hole and be buried alive. Our parents were right there to tell us you've dug far enough. Where were the parents? The government cannot do parenting for you, that is kind of your job.
Dont raise taxes, build a Car Garage and charge people to park and use that money

Gonna take a wild guess here, but after seeing the collapsed pier in the background im gonna say theyre not gonna get those life guards

The kids dug too far, and the sand collapsed and buried them alive. The brother survived, but Sloan did not 😢
Parents who were supposed to be watching their kids, did not watch their kids. That is unfortunately how a lot of accidents happen on the beach.
Every beach should have Lifeguards on duty. Smh!
L the town would pay a $1 a piece towards the salary of the lifeguards and they will be fine
