Love this idea, and I think you can take it much further - New challenge: primal cooking - I wanna see Josh hit up the forest with only a knife, the ingredients, and a cast iron skillet. Bisquick is just flour, salt, baking powder and/or baking Soda. You can make your own and store it in a glass jar. There are tons of videos/recipes for camp biscuits. Buttermilk biscuits at the end of vacation (when the milk was no longer fresh) was always delicious. Or add some sugar and freshly picked berries, bake in a disc instead of making individual biscuits, for some delicious scones. @@smokestation there's a US restaurant called Dairy Queen. One of their desserts is a Blizzard. They usually whip it up so much with the toppings that, to prove it's a true Blizzard, they tip it upside down with no cover. Josh's didn't quite make it!

I mastered this when I was a over the road trucker that loves to cook. I had a can opener, 2 knives, a spatula, tongs, and 1 pan for my utensils. I used a portable gas grill and a burner like Joshua used for a long time. It was a major improvement when I got a small air fryer at least for the rainy days or cold weather.

My mom hogs the kitchen all day. It’s a small kitchen and she always has something going on the stove. Which makes it hard for me or my cousins to cook something. So I busted out my camping supplies and set up a table outside. It works great when it’s not raining. When it rains I move it to the porch or to the dining room. Also my fiancée’s mom is renovating her kitchen so she’s moved everything outside and cooks on her gas grill. It can be done! Especially in Southern California!

I like making my whipped cream by hand (whisk) and I ask myself why, often. I don't want to get out/clean the mixer :D so I do it by hand.

@@vaseklepic12 The only better equipment I can see him having than anyone here is the cordless burner. Everyone should have at least 1 knife, bowl, pan/pot, and cooking spoon (literally all my cooking items). I do have a burner WITH a cord but it's not too difficult to find outlets to be able to turn it on- maybe not in the forest exactly, but there are certain adapters you can get to make it work. I know all this because I've done it for nearly 8 years, having to adapt cooking styles and what I eat, being without a home.
