well it is the same engine. It is a bit of an overkill for a family hatchback that isn't too quick by modern standarts. I personally would leave at least one of the mufflers in place, not put a straight pipe from end to end.

What do you think about the gearbox? On the video it seems to be very precise. What about reliability? It is GM gearbox, isn't it?
Błażej Niezgócki Gearbox is great. I can't say something bad. Bud on other side it's not the best one... now after 95 000km on it is flywheel K.O. and clutch is also slowly dying. I want to do Turbo upgrade so I will buy some better one... but not stock anymore.

Cars on Autobahn It's not the same engine. The alfa has the 1.4 multiair - same as the Abarth Punto Evo and Abarth 124. The Abarth 500 has the 1.4 T-Jet, also the 595 and all the other 500-models.

Sounds like 1980s john deere. It doesn't sound great, it's just loud. That's a huge difference.
I had the same idea, normaly a straight pipe sounds good. But this sounds like a tractor engine going into high revs.

Wonderful noise..can you try max speed on autobahn Giulietta QV TCT or Veloce 240cv?
Dario Trevisani veloce and qv are the same car. the old qv now it's called veloce.
Except older 235CV QV with manual gearbox. QV TCT and Veloce 240 CV both use engine rebuilt for 4C. Veloce is a bit less polished inside but I prefer red stiching rather than green/white QV stiching.

My average on 240 KM Veloce with stock exhaust after 10 000 km is around 9,7 l/100km. 10,3 in congested city (6 000 km), 8,9 highways (4 000km). Not driven slow either.
Fast drive in Cracow 1.4 170hp is 12 l/100km eco 8,5 l/100km 5,9 its only out of town full eco drive.
5,9l/100km is just a dream for me. Normal driving 7,9/100km, faster 9,2l/100km,. 1.4 170hp original.

Patrik Votoček 😂Ďakujem! Nezabúdaj ze toto je "len" video. Mikrofón je rovno nad výfukom a druhý v aute. Použité sú obe. Preto mas pocit ze by ti to ustrelilo hlavu. Autom jazdím 2000km za víkend a priateľka mi počas cesty zaspi hneď. Vo vnútri nepočujes veľa. Predsa len každé nové auto musi spĺňať euro normy aj na odhlučnenie takze.... najviac z toho zvuku majú pôžitok okoloidúci 😁✌️

Sound like a diesel tractor in low RPM. I'd low engine noise but this is not my cup of tea and it is not engine noise, just explosion, plus you annoying everyone else with that pipe.
