With a couple more supports you can use this to store pool floats and get them to and from the shed. You could use cargo netting to keep them from falling out.
Awesome video...this is exactly what I was looking for!! I am looking to build a version of this as a "bulk transport truck" that carries bags of laundry. Dimensions are 42"Lx21"Wx70"H

Hi, thank you for your comment. At one point I got in the cart and it held me just fine at 220 lbs. At that weight you probably want to use some heavy duty casters if you need to carry more weight. Here's some ideas. Caster Fitting: www.circoinnovations.com/circo-direct/Caster-Insert-1-1-4-in-x-3-8-in-hole-p61888073 Caster: www.lowes.com/pd/TITAN-2-Pack-2-in-Rubber-Swivel-Casters/1000596145 I would add those near the front to support the extra weight so you don't have to lift as much. Thanks again!
I know this is a year old but I am going to make something like this to hold three 5 gallon Home Depot buckets for a portable bucket vegetable garden. I shall call it a PPU (portable produce garden). Lol
I watched to make a laundry sorter

1-1/4” Schedule 40 PVC pipe. That size pipe has an Outside Diameter of 1.660" or 42.164 mm

Do the front wheels just fit into the pvc pipe? Can that be done for both front and rear wheels?
They were customized to fit using a caster insert PVC fitting we sell
How about balloon tires with seat for people with mobility problems at the beach
