@@The.Consultant.I'm 43 and worked 15 years for NYC as a garbage man and destroyed my back and I was also a first responder on 9-11, I was able to do so because I worked for the city, so some years back I got divorced because my wife also of 15 years cheated and long story short, by the time I was in court I was losing my home to foreclosure so the judge in my divorce here in Richmond county said you have no bank accounts left and people needed to get paid including her lawyer which was 40 Grand and I had to pay it because she was a housewife and entitled to full representation even though I couldn't afford my own lawyer so I had none I had to do it all myself which was a f****** disaster, so they took it all and left me with nothing to be homeless in the same New York city streets that I worked to take care of for so many years and even willingly put my life on the line when it was needed, I haven't seen my kids in a few years which is killing me and I've been at a point for a while now where I just want to blow my f****** brains out, I know no one's ever going to read this or even see it but in the off chance that they did I'm not 40 but I'm 43 I'm not a single father but I am a father or at least I was, if someone can show me how to become successful and wealthy at this point in my life it may just save my life, I mean I know it's never going to happen I don't count I'm not important, I don't even know why I said all this I just read that post and thought hey that's describing me, but I know, its fine I know its all too late

No one person can have success on their own without getting a huge break of some kind with money, they have all been helped and some tremendously.....but then they take the credit cuz they want people to listen to what they have to say, even if they are lies. It can be done for sure, I made £27k year selling pre workout on eBay around 2014/2017 I was 22. That was selling one type of item. I then went on to learn how to register pharmaceutical products, to get into the industry. So I don’t see why someone cannot learn how to do mortgage lending? I had a university friend that also did mortgage lending. He didn’t make much money but it’s not hard to learn. I feel as if you are speaking from the limit you set yourself, by saying someone else couldn’t do it themselves.

Making money wasn’t that hard in the 80s-90s. My Grandfather first came to the US during the 70’s or 80’s, and he started off by doing small jobs. He used to clean the tracks in the stations here in NY. His friend started doing business and in the first few years they made a lot of money. My Grandfathers friend all bought houses(multiple) and my grandfather didn’t, because he felt taking loans were risky. To this day he still regrets it because those houses his friends bought are each worth at least 1.5-3 million dollars. Real estate wasn’t that hard back in the days.
The more successful people share their failure stories, the more it will motivate youngsters to keep innovating themselves with new ideas and never be bogged down by one setback 😊

The people would be like if you get your friends and family to sign up for a mortgage we'll give you a couple grand or something. They're probably making double that. So if you rent out a room and do an hour presentation, if even just one person brings you a mortgage, you come out ahead. If that person continues to sell you just keep pyramiding off him until he realizes he's getting ripped off.

I remember in college a friend of mine invited me to this seminar for their pyramid scheme. The people would be like if you get your friends and family to sign up for a mortgage we'll give you a couple grand or something. They're probably making double that. So if you rent out a room and do an hour presentation, if even just one person brings you a mortgage, you come out ahead. If that person continues to sell you just keep pyramiding off him until he realizes he's getting ripped off.
Why do these people associate success with money. We all need money to live, but they can’t live without it.
Wow. That was a BIG loss.
But big losses make the best stories when you’ve made it.
