There are two types of feelings I receive from Sonic's up-b:
The sinister satisfaction of gimping someone with the spring, and the rush of adrenaline I get when my opponent accidentally jumps on my spring and puts them in a position for an up-air off the top.

Thanks for watching, I'm glad I was able to help! I used to use Side B offstage to recover all the time, but I just recently learned that Down B is actually better to use. I talk about it at 4:16 if you're interested in seeing why!

Learning how to wall jump in Smash Ultimate
Using F-Air & B-Air boosts your recovery distance, horizontally
Using Side-B & Down-B without a double jump off stage results in an SD
Soooo many different factors of playing Sonic, I truly didn't know existed, up until now, when watching this video! Thanks Clockwork!!
Using Sonic will become much, much easier now.
Especially when attempting to return to the stage, & mixing up recovery options.

  • @juanluisromero7

Another recovery which is kinda risky but helpful in some situations is to simply use his homing attack to go straight to your opponent while your off the stage, if you aren’t facing your opponent though you might just dash off into oblivion but it helps when getting edge guarded cause you can just instantly hit them.

  • @MasterDavid15
