Thermals matter in terms of laptops. Victus has very less cooling capacity because of the fewer air vents. None on the both sides only in the rear portion which makes it hotter when gaming compared to other laptops. Show us a thermal chart that is the most important part of a laptop.

Rx6500m doesn't support Video Coding, it supports only Decoding.That means you can only use its igpu to code the video, which takes more time. But Rx5500m und Rtx support that.

I think your best bet would be Lenovo Ideapad even though it has a 1650 in it (which is just a little behind RX5500) because I heard MSI has some build quality issues. Most of the time the hinge is bad and will break in a few years. They even have a lawsuit going on but still they don't even address the issue in newer models. If I were you, I would choose Lenovo
It is solved I have it and it is giving damn good performance better than 1650 and slightly lesser than 3050 the only drawback is it doesn't support DLSS but it has its own Fidelity FX so it can compete with 3050 also😊
