i make lithium battery banks...while this is very interesting, the range would be very short, speed is slow, and you cannot recharge lithium under 0c, so no solar panels unless batts warmed...this is interesting, but i cannot see a great product, only a limited good one, until cheap cells start happening...

Is there a diesel version? I don't like the idea of lugging huge, heavy battery packs around with no way of charging them when a jerry can of diesel would last longer than several huge, heavy battery packs.

I would be very proud to have invented this. I could see applications for this in mining, logging, exploration, surveying, emergency rescue, firefighting, even Moon and Mars exploration. It makes sense to have a small, independent locomotion device, that is lightweight and interchangeable with many different sled or wheeled cargo or personnel transport attachments. In many cases, 4x4 vehicles are useless because of the amount of obstacles.

With some wheeled pop out side retractable riggers for extra stability on difficult slopes that act like a seals moveable flippers? Keep you moving in tricky terrain.
