I was interested please, how you coupled dividing head to X Axis table feed lead screw to achieve helical cut gear? Couldn’t see this part in the video?
Also how you calculated the ratio / gears feed for correct “lead” to get the accurate helical cut? 🤷‍♂️

The teeth are straight lines here. Keith Rucker (Vintage Machinery on here) has a series on coupling the x-axis to a rotary table to achieve spirals.

Hi Ian! it's really excited to hear your doubt. Here we machined this part according to a sample. That had worn actually. So the teeth seemed approximately straight. so we didn't calculated the helix angle & the screw lead. So we didn't couple the x axis lead screw to the indexing head. We turn the helix angle from the milling head approximately & machined the teeth. i know it's kinda out of design rules, but the part is working without any problem.
But this part actually a helical one, that's why I included it as the title😀
