Do you think her being an alcoholic helps or hurts her case? I think it helps for manslaughter. I don’t think it was intentional as she keeps saying but death is a death accident or not. His death was caused by her drunk action. It’s the same as a drunk driver.
@@AlexAndra-iy5zu except it’s not. She killed him in revenge. Her own words told us that. “For everything you’ve done to me.” That’s not manslaughter. Trial is over so we know the outcome. I bet she’s shocked.
@@CH-px1fw Her pride is hurt and I believe it was more painful to walk back in the jail with a 2nd degree murder. I imagine she told everyone she was going home. I sure hope she didn’t give her commissary away. I would love to be a fly on the wall when the shock wears off and reality sets in although it’s going to be Sara’s reality but still 🤔🥸🤪

@@AlexAndra-iy5zu I don’t think they wanted to. I think they felt compelled in order to get her out of the loop she was in. He said he almost didn’t continue after the had a big disagreement. It was probably about the plea deal because he said he had spoke to prosecution BEFORE ever meeting her. He planned to go in with a plea deal and convince her to take it. Unfortunately for her, he was not able to convince her. I kinda feel like even though he did a great job with what he had to work with, he did not do her any favors by agreeing to go to trial with her. He lets her decide and now she’s facing minimum of 22 years but I’m guessing she’ll get more because she’s admitted to doing it purposefully and can’t take that back.
That was his blood alcohol when he died just a heads up it doesn’t dissipate after death the one expert explained that. and you have to remember Jorge was a heavy drinker so to be .13 was probably not super drunk for him not high at all probably for him..
Her phone was a weapon she intended to use against George every chance she got that's why I believe he did not have his own phone because she even had to be in control of that Telling him what to say and about how great she is she got on the stand for example talking about how she was arrested because she acts a man I'm sorry she was choked when she got home because she asked a man for a cigarette no literally when the cops showed up we've all seen it all over RUclips they both got arrested but the sad part is she tried to choke him that's around 1 to me and then you're sitting here the cop is selling George's they close the door how they both have to get arrested because they both have marks on them and someone could end up on alive George's Facebook is a treasure trove of information literally opposed they were a little too old to play hide and seek every time he tried to give her a compliment she bashed him yet his ex-wife is all over Facebook too no issues with her beautiful children until he meets Sarah talks about being dragged down the stairs then will she had no marks on her then and then he took the charge for that on top of it now you go to her saying that she was driving down the stairs two nights before she ended up in that interrogation she didn't have any marks on her the day the police came after she smoked a cigarette and had 10 drinks so I'm sure and then on top of it she literally live from day one I said there was a reason she had who has somebody called her brother and say tell me a joke to me in the background I said that when I first heard this call through and a half years ago who the hell has somebody called somebody and says on the background again I've had five back surgeries and somebody people don't act like that from domestic violence that's a narcissist sociopath liar crazy lady I don't know what you want to call her but I really don't have words for such a poison in this world

Sarah probably lied in court about her state of being when she had Lukas. She's gotten away with so many lies, and courts seem to favor keeping both parents involved when they can. I know this from personal experience with my husband's mentally ill first wife.
