Maybe it’s the virus. But I was more excited that some of the top RUclipsrs selected this bag out of a large lineup of other choices.
I’ve been lusting over this bag and didn’t understand why no one was talking about it and then I too saw Mel in Melbourne’s video. I love this so much. Way prettier than the classic monogram canvas. I wish I could get it but I’m done buying purses for 2020 lol.
Before you even the box, I knew it’s gonna be this bag because when I saw Mel video, I fell in love with this bag right away. You made a right choice, the bag is so beautiful
I feel validated that some of the big you tubers have also picked this out of a lineup of so many. I saw it I knew immediately I had to have it. This bag is Perfection. I don’t feel the lamb skin is delicate. I’ve had mine for three months now and it behaves like caviar leather. A little bit of rain, a little bit of bumping, a little bit of “ring “ scratches no problems. So versatile. The gorgeous strap can be hooked on in many different configurations. I’m a big girl 5’10” it’s easy to tuck in underneath my arm, shoulder bag, and crook of my arm. Crossbody is not ideal but I can snap off the strap and click on a strap that is the right length for Crossbody on someone of my height. Dress it up dress down~ The possibilities are endless and it fits an incredible amount of stuff. With its look of elegance , I think it’s biggest competition is the Chanel medium classic flap however it fits more. I can’t wait to see all of your detailed comparisons as this is my new champion bag. Thank you

I think bags with removeable straps make them such great values. I love that I can remove the Pochette Metis strap and use it with my Mini Pochette and Pochette Accessorie. I could totally see using the chain from your new Speedy with an Alma BB in noir epi or a converted epi cosmetic case. Congrats on the new addition.
Yay! So glad you were able to get one! It was one of those bags I was excited for and anticipated its release and was lucky enough to get one (mif) at launch. The version they used in the fw20 show had the dual zip with padlock; appears they changed the design for production and forgot to update pics and details on the description. Btw... although the speedy and noe nanos do not have removable straps, for their price, I am able to overlook it. They're both really great bags, imo. Congrats on the Speedy bb! I hope you enjoy it as much I have been.

Wow!! So chic!! I personally love this speedy than Mel’s trunk style bag. Just personal preference that trunk style is to much detail and muscular for me. Absolutely love the details of chain. Love that thick chubbiness of chain. Love love love it!
I just picked this bag up, I adored it at first sight which is always a good thing! I haven’t carried a speedy in years, don’t do lambskin and avoid black bags and yet I couldn’t help myself! Chain is a bit short for me, so I ordered extenders from organize my bag using your code 🙂. If you come across an organizer to keep the side shape, please do share since there are none specifically for this bag, but I’m not sure if I would enjoy one since I never use them. Just trying to keep the side leather from wrinkling prematurely over time!
I’m so glad you did this review. I love the speedy bb size and I thought this would tick a lot of boxes. My concern is the lack of protection for the lamb skin as I feel lamb skin is too delicate and I’m unsure if LV covers the lamb skin like canvas if anything should happen to it. I’m hoping LV would consider LV Bb size in canvas. I’d be pre-ordering it.

Congrats! Such a beautiful speedy! I do agree that it would have been nice to put feet on the bag, but like you mentioned, it could be that since no other speedy has that, they did not. Honestly, I would love to see Louis Vuitton make some enhancements to their bags, especially the classics that would make them function better - like feet or adjustable and removable straps. I agree this is quite adorable and yet stunning at the same time , I would choose this size over the nano size but I would have preferred it in canvas . I am just drawn to LV canvas , not the biggest fan of their leather , the chain is very pretty , I do agree they should have made the speedy nano strap have the option to have a detachable strap for sure ! @@hellocatwalkcity they actually already released this size in a canvas version even before they released it in empriente leather however it was released in their Monogram X LOL gold and silver limited edition version only , not just plain mono canvas and the strap is vachetta , it’s also detachable , it looks just like the speedy bandouliere adjustable strap , it could possibly be a bit thinner in width , I’m not sure cause I have never seen it in person , it looks like a cute size though ! I am not a speedy fan anymore , I used to be , I don’t really have a reason why , it’s just not my preferred style these days ! Check FASHIONPHILE if you want to check it out , they usually always have 1 for sale !
