Wonder if it can be equipped with matrix led lights. My LR Disco sport has them and that is awesome to have part of the road on high beam while not blinding opposing traffic or traffic in the same lane.
I’m seeing posts on Reddit that show the acrylic on the front of the car cracking when hit by small rocks. The lights look cool, but it seems to come at too high a risk.
I’m sorry but the full LED headlights and taillights last a long fucking time and you don’t have to change bulbs so why is this a problem? It’s a 70-80 k car of fucking course it’s gonna be all LED. Get a base ev niro
The brake lights masquerading as turn signals are completely unacceptable and need to be illegal already. I've seen the EV9's taillights abroad and the bottom lamp is a proper separate amber turn signal and only the top lamp is the brake so what happened in transit? I don't understand how the US DOT allows this and I'm equally baffled why manufacturers unnecessarily capitulate and downgrade their taillights to inferior US DOT standards. The US DOT and manufacturers evidently don't care about vehicles having unambiguous, effective and safe taillights for the North American market.
I commented the same thing in this video just a few comments above yours, check the dudes with cero logic that replied to me. Maybe that's the reason why this regulations are still allowed in the US 😅
I have EV9 in Finland. You are right about the lower part; it is an amber turn signal (only a turn signal). The upper part serves as a stop signal. So we have 3 lights for stop signals and separate amber for turn signals. I also don't get why, in the US, you guys allowed stop signals to be dual-purpose (turn and stop).
If I buy this car probably I will have to start planning my trip to only drive at night. It's beautiful!
We just started building these at the West Point Plant in Georgia, the American Version is Ready For Sale.
Not into EVs at all but it's a night video review from the best YT night reviewer so I've got to watch it!
This night review looks cool bro.. keep it up, subscribed
would love to be inside one of these for a roadtrip! Genuinely a spaceship lol
Perfect music
Amazing car, both in day and night.

TO make the little dot lights animate do you have to pay? I just got a GT line and cant figure out how to do it
How can I get one without money?.... 😁 ... my dream car.

Nice
Such as shame the EU banned those lights in the front!
EU didn’t ban them, Kia decided not to include those to their European model with the fear of them affecting to the Euro NCAP score.

Why God why do the brake and turn signal lights use the same bulbs ?? I really hate that
Agreed. We need to boycott vehicles that do this.
we need to protest for the new regulation
Why? What exactly is the problem?

I hope you Americans experience Matrix headlight technology soon, which will change your perceptions.
Those are the new systems on the new Tesla Model 3 & Y & X - I don’t know what the cybertruck uses
