Now I have a masters degree, a author, and a licensed counselor. I do better than 90% of the population. So. . . What's your point? Not sure what that had to do with anything.

    As a teenager myself; we are old enough to understand right and wrong, especially murder. He did this out of hatred, malice, and evil; and should be punished in equal right. Nothing could ever amount to a life being taken other than his being spent in jail.

    Apparently The Judge does have Zero tolerance, he shot a girl 22 times and is home with his family. That’s seems extremely tolerant to me. If my son did something this heinous he’d have to sit in jail and wouldn’t be allowed back in my house. My Condolences to this young ladies family 🙏🏾

These judges are the reasons why cases are backed up when many of them held no court for over a year blaming it on covid. Folks went to work, kids went to school, but these idiot judges couldn't find a way to hold court. This guy will head back home to what ever country he came from and live for years while we waste tax dollars tryin g to extradite him. Keep his juvie butt in jail with no bond.

Every single one of them are liberal democrats and every single one of them ran for office promising to go soft on criminals. You can go to Ballotpedia and look up what they ran on and they all promised to be lenient on criminals and give more probation/deferred adjudication and the net result is no one fears being arrested today. Every single bit of the crime problem can be laid at the feet of these liberal judges in Harris County.

Democrat judges and DA's own this crime and murder problem because they've implemented this wave of restorative justice and the net result is no one fears being sent to jail today, no one fears the criminal justice system. These judges are complete idiots and are not serving the public by letting out murderers on PR bonds after they've been charged with violent crimes.

      There are pistol magazines with a 22 round capacity. That being said, count to 22 out loud to yourself, and you get a more clear picture of how much rage the suspect had at the time of the shooting. Not someone you want to take a chance on, whether he's a flight risk or not.

    Bond for a man who shot a unarmed girl 22 times in the back, and he had a suit case packed for escape. Oh well, its not like he could cut off his ankle bracelet and escape to another country.
    What an insult to the poor girls life and her grieving parents. Gross.

    The judge has zero tolerance but gave a murderer of a 16 year old girl the privilege of being bonded out so he can chill at home with his family. What a pathetic joke.

    What is this kid doing on house arrest? Does this judge have no common sense. This was a violent and atrocious felony and apparently he has a propensity for violence. This type of decision making by judges is what fosters the idea that there are no consequences for bad behavior. The DA in this case should be FIRED for not insisting that this 17 yr old be handled as an adult violent felon!!!

      Now I recall. They were involved in a burglary or something weren't they? According to the news sources they got caught and the girl just started shooting at the police, right?

    I am just dumbfounded by the fact that he was given bond! He has a history of violence, and needs to be locked away. He obviously is not afraid to do what he wants.
