Razvan, your description & comparison of these 2 excellent fragrances is perfection. I agree with everything that you say about both fragrances. I own Encre Noire A L'Extreme by Lalique. I have tried Sycomore by Chanel but I never bought it because of the price. I like it a little more than Encre Noire A L'Extreme but it is not worth the money considering how cheap Encre Noire A L'Extreme is.

Am originalul Encre Noir si imi place mult, si nu ma deranjeaza simplitatea relativa a parfumului. Desi e un parfum pe care il folosesc mai rar, cand starea de spirit e potrivita, prevad sa cumpar un backup sau doua...fiindca si foarte ieftin...ca sa stau linistit ca am suficient pentru toata viata :P. Crezi ca ar fi mai intelept sa iau mai bine o sticla de Extreme?

Salut, mersi de comment :) Stii cum e, parfumurile mai si expira in functie de cum sunt tinute sau au fost tinute. Daca ai o sticla, cred ca e suficient si mai poti lua un Extreme, ca sa mai schimbi nuanta de vetiver :) Inca 1 sau 2 de Encre Noir n-o sa folosesti ever. See ya !

Sycamore went pretty weak on my skin after 1 hour or so. Did you find the performance quite lacking as well overall?
Hey, thanks for watching. For me, it performed quite well, surely more than 7 hours on skin, even if very close. With the new price increase, Chanel is even worse value than before.
