Also countries can circumvent democratic rules purely by VETO or gather votes to overrule basically anything. There are NO consequenses OR enforcement and that's why it actually stops peacemovements dead in their tracks. It works against freedom and democracy and focuses on feeding the ramifications of corrupt regimes via UN money by rebuilding what dictators destroy.
