I still remember in 99 when I was 14 years old, my uncle (Dads youngest brother) gave me a cassette tape that had this and ‘low down, dirty’ on it and he told me to listen to it when my old man wasn’t around (he was a cool uncle lol) and I’ll never forget the day my dad walked in on me jamming to it in my room, I got an ass whooping lol. I was mad at my uncle for years after that lmao. Me and my old man laugh about it now. He’s since mellowed out and was just trying his best to make sure me and brothers didn’t have to go through what he did but yeah, I’ll never forget that.
