if you’re like me, you get busy & opt for a bowl of cereal to “tie you over” until you have time to make a proper meal. i do this still BUT i have been TRYING to be more prepared with QUICK and easy “go-to” meals so i don’t keep snacking. instead i take 5-10 minutes and make a proper lunch. it’s been a game changer!!! i hope this helps xx

Try egg white oatmeal. I don’t like add protein powder to my oats either. I whip in 3 oz of egg whites. 30g of protein for my oats in the morning.delicious. You get so much more bang for your buck.
For weight loss do you recommend to do cardio or weight lifting or both? I’m wanting to loose 80 pounds and I’m struggling. I need an experts opinion. PLEASE ANSWERRRRRR❤️❤️
