Thank you for this video! I used to be one of those that used to hate water. 😑 now it’s all I drink! I mean every now & then I’ll have some sweet drink but water is my life now. Also when I started my journey I would drink water whenever I craved junk food & it would fill me up & I would forget about the junk food (didn’t know I was that strong) I can’t believe how much I have changed since then. 😊
Love this! Personally I find nutrition hard. I try not to make myself too overwhelmed so I'm trying to start new habits slowly. One of them is that I've been trying to up my water intake. I have recently downloaded an app that sends me reminders throughout the day to drink. Game changer!! Thank you for this series. Can't wait for the next video! xxx

I have Metabolic Syndrome and I cut out Soda completely and I won't go back. I also cut out those Ramen noodle packs. I've lost 10 pounds since finding out but this video helped me look at nutrition in a different way.

I just found your channel last night, and I have been watching your videos throughout the day as I did things around the house. Your enthusiasm and heart for fitness inspired me to try the assisted dip/pull-up machine at my gym for the first time tonight, something I’ve been wanting to do since last summer!! I’m definitely that shy girl with the mat in the corner most days, so thanks for giving me the push that I needed to try something new!! 💕

For those of us that don't like to drink plain water... Remember you can add lemon, lime, cucumber or berries to help add flavor. I sometimes use "Propel" also. 💗

I cant not thank you enough for this helpful information, this is by far the best video on RUclips for fitness. I just started my journey and its so overwhelming to figure out what to eat and how much to eat. I can go to the gym daily but if I am not eating right then I am wasting my time and I didn't quite understand the whole macros vs micros thing. but with your video I think it pretty much sums anything questions or anything that I did have . I can not wait for more beginners videos. is their anything you recommend on how much calorie intake your suppose to have? Or is that for later on in your fitness journey?
Specific calorie & individualized diet questions are best handled by a registered dietitian or a nutritionist. Those are individuals qualified to help asses individual needs. There are some free resources and such, but the macro calculators aren’t always correct so it’s tricky on where exactly to point you for further help! Let me do some digging and see.
So this may sound really idk just Don't make sense but I am intermittent fasting cause well its becoming a lifestyle ect but I am missing my 3 meals and just it's really confusing to know what my kals are and protien intake to lose weight and build muscle cause I see so many beautiful ppl be able to eat 3 meals and be able to hit there goals but it seems like I can't

I could say to persons who don't like water to try flavored ones, like volvic, evian or such (but check the nutrition values)
