I have seen many Captain Jack Sparrow. Just got off the Disney dream and Captain Jack was pretty spectacular with his voice and his movements. Same as when I went to WDW, the person was perfect. You have to audition for these parts. So Disney is going to pick the cream of the crop especially those who look similar to Johnny Depp and have his movements down and his voice.
