Take FeedBack but NOT from all

Feedback, the word is auspicious for me because this is the only way I can help myself to improve. But over a period of time, I've seen that the concept and idea of the feedback has changed so much so that it has become and industry now.
In this industry there is another branch called negative feedback industry which is one of the most successful one. These feedbacks are sometimes detrimental to us and may impact our progress as well as success..
In this video, I'm talking about two set of people from which we should never take the feedback. The first set of people are the people who haven't done anything positive by themselves and are not willing to take the responsibility or accountability of the feedback. The second set of the people are the people who want doesn't want you to be successful, but rather blocks you, however it's very difficult to identify those people.
Now this is catch 22 situation, we must take take feedback but at the same time, we have to be careful while doing so. This video is all about my experiences on the same.
