복숭아 타르트 너무 맛있겠어요! 복숭아 젤리도 직접 만들어서 올리니까 분홍분홍하고 타르트가 더 예뻐보이는 것 같아요! 손이 많이 가고 귀찮을 것 같지만 다 만들고 나면 뿌듯하고 기분 좋을 것 같아요!!
복숭아 조림도 만들고 젤리도 만들어야 해서 손은 조금 가지만 말씀하신대로 만들고 나면 예뻐서 정말 뿌듯한 기분이 들더라구요~~^^
타르트는 늘 과정이 복잡한 편인 것 같아요~

너무너무 예뻐요!! 한가지 궁금한게 있는데요~ 혹시 젤리가 상온에 장시간 있으면 녹거나 할까요? 선물하고 싶은데 장시간 상온에 있어야할거같아서 여쭤봅니다!
또한, 젤라틴을 한천으로 바꿔서 하면 같은 양을 넣으면 될지.. 식감이 비슷할지도 궁금하네요^^
굳힌 젤리는 녹지는 않지만 너무 실온에 오래 두면 살짝 흐물한 느낌이 날 수는 있을 것 같아요~
한천으로도 굳힐 수는 있지만 젤라틴으로 굳힌 젤리와 식감이 많이 다르답니다~
한천은 양갱 식감이 나오는 것 같아요~

IKR They have such a pretty pink tint compared to the ones I have too
It's a white peach. They are readily available these days. Slightly crunchier then yellow peaches. Kinda a peach nectarine hybrid.
