租緊Amazing Brentwood T3 - 40樓優點唔洗講啦缺點:泊車可能落度P9 （有10層parking)我試過等半小時lift 冇冷氣多租客，少家庭，多大麻party望南可能有skytrain or 火車叫只會愈來愈塞車冇乜中餐，只有西人超市 （whole foods, save on) Overall 我幾鐘意，不過share下缺點都要

溫哥華租樓流程是怎樣？租客需要提供什麼資料，交多少security deposit ，需要付多少agent fee，租約要付多少stamp duty ? 是不是租客負責繳交地租，council tax ，rate ，差响市政稅之類？
溫哥華Condo地稅管理費通常都全包。租客自己開個新電表戶口，交電費。 呢間公寓最大嘅問題係冇冷氣，好多時候溫哥華新condo 冷暖氣係管理費包咗。車位就睇情況，如果係Downtown可能要加錢, Brentwood 通常會包一個車位. Deposit 通常是半個月租租獨立屋或套間就各施各法，問清楚狀況好D温哥華屋主或管理公司通常都自己放租，冇聽過經紀費，除了商業用途

Brentwood if you prefer a younger and more trendy community. Metrotown if you prefer more old school convenience and don't want to speak English.
