Well probably he should do that that's the only thing but if the management is my type then there is no chance 😜
He should definitely not go back, because that way management will never realise their mistakes & continue to treat people like slaves & will not value the efforts & hard-work of employees..
Rishi should do something of his own where he gives people the value that they deserve..
Practically this would be difficult to implement, but as Robert Frost says- should take the road that’s less travelled by..!!

I'm happy that SIT is now exploring deeper aspects of each character now and so so happy that it started with our favourite character "Rishi". I love how Rishi is potrayed in this series, selfless and courageous. Well done script writer.
