you're suppose to torque them in a star pattern sir
If you're gonna be telling people to torque their wheels at 85 pounds on their Chevy truck they're gonna have a bad time lol working at a tire store I know Chevy lugs torque to 140.
I would like to see the video where you changed the grill and headlights of the orange chevy.
You hand tighten them so they are seated properly before lowering the car back onto the ground. Doesn't matter if you torque them on the ground or not. I've always done mine on the ground so the wheels don't spin when you torque them.
Thank You Andy
I thought you don't torque the wheels with the full weight of the vehicle on them. Just lower the car down to just touch the ground then torque to spec. Am I right?
yes i work at discount tire and thats what we do
I'm sure he was just using this as an example for demonstration purposes.
Not necessarily, as the wheels will get pulled towards the rotor when the torque is increased.
Love that C1500.
So many people break studs from over torquing wheels
Sad to say but ive done it
What drop is that?
😍
Do those rim fit my 2000 F150? RWD
Who gives a damn as long as they don't fall off lol
