This world have seen great batsmen like Sachin, Lara, Ricky Pointing, Inzamam, Mahela Jaywerdene, Arvinda Desilva, Rahul Dravid, Jacques Kalis, Michael Atherton, but Steve Waugh was the best ever cricket batsman that I have ever seen to this date (Oct 7th 2022).
He is one of only few players to have scored more than 10,000 Test runs. He was named Australian of the Year in 2004 for his philanthropic work, and inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame in 2010 . A bloody Aussie legend🏆

His Tough mental approach was his forte . Hard to get such cricketers these days. He was a true war warrior.
