I do not like mine. I have a 9kg eco bubble and we ran the drum clean and the whole sensor display steamed up and now all the machine washing program settings are wrong. Every program is at least half of its running time and the sounds are barely audible?? Has anyone had this problem?
The Samsung child lock is not fit for purpose. It's obviously supposed to stop a toddler pressing buttons and interfering with your wash - but the power button is not locked, so one press of that and you have to repeat your whole wash. When you switch it back on, the door remains locked and the child lock active and you have to repeat your wash.
Hi do you know how to get it into diagnostic mode or have the app working so you can do a check to see if it's working alright because it doesn't seem to be going into spin mode?

A bit of a late reply for you but if you're new to front loaded then you would need to leave the door ajar after every wash for a while. You will need to run a drum clean cycle (or the hottest longest cycle equivalent) with bleach, drum cleaning tablets or detergent (refer to your manual for recommendations) You should periodically drain and clean filter of the drain pump. You will need to add ~1 litre of water afterwards and run the drain programme (refer to your manual) Search for these videos: lg washer - tub cleaning and maintenace lg washer - cleaning the drain pump and filter

On another note; I found myself going to the public laundromat to dry my clothes, in 2021, it’s hard to find in England a flat with a cloth drying machine in it. Why do Brits still hang up clothes to dry as if it’s 1921? I think that’s strange, the United Kingdom is not a third world country, but sometimes it makes you wonder. In the United States a house or a flat with a washer and dryer combo is as normal as a cup of tea.
In “third world” countries, we have sunshine almost all year round and lots of outdoor space so hanging clothes out to dry is a logical thing to do since they will be dry in about 2 hours. Also, the sun is a natural sanitizer and the fresh outdoorsy air removes odours, leaving your clothes that much fresher. But anyways, if there was winter and barely any sunshine for months on end, a dryer would make sense which is not the case here.
I've got one of these - they don't clean clothes very well. They use TINY amounts of water. Some rinse cycles it doesn't even look like there is any water in the drum! Am constantly adding water with the kettle! Plenty of videos online on how to adjust water levels by opening the machine, but pretty sure this will invalidate the warranty. Rather that however than dirty clothes!

Well it’s just as well Samsung give out a 5 year parts and labour warranty with this machine AND a 10 year motor warranty. You must have got sold a dud.

I love that it has a child lock. Mine keep pausing ours by accident and it's so frustrating when I need clothes washed in a hurry.

yes, it gives you ridiculous times, you need to set, for example, the daily wash, which is 1 hr
