I've been listening to this man on Wednesday mornings on rjr for quite some time now and I had absolutely no idea of what he looked like... and quite frankly this is not how I pictured him🤔....I enjoy listening on rjr but he let's some of the callers get to him sometimes 🤷🏽♂️
Does this apply to call centres? Because I was terminated after submitting a leave of absence just because my family house was burnt down. They terminated me saying they reached out to me which is a lie and I have been absent without reason. What should I do or what Can I do. I have been in dialogue with my manager and I even sent them the fire report and just because I wasnt able to come in office they terminated me.
Sorry, this is all that we have. Dr. Taylor did not want us to record at all and it took some great persuasion to get even this. He allowed us only half an hour.

We noticed your question and asked Dr. Taylor to respond. This is what he said: There is no direct statute, which addresses it. However, the standard practice is 10 years. Nevertheless, redundancy is earned after two years.
