I was there to get my ears cleaned and treated. They failed to be able to do that telling me to walk a ways to another building to Audiology who wouldn't pick up the phone for the nurse. I was there 10 minutes early, but had to wait 40 more minutes being told by the doctor that the front staff failed to communicate I had checked in. I told her to heck with it for something is wrong internally that doesn't make rational sense. Then I yelled at the 3 lazy front desk staff that they had failed to do their job of communicating behind them that I was checked in and that there wasn't adequate service in primary care clinic office. They said nothing and I left. It's making us angry how our country is going down and how screwed we are.
