0:42...Hey, hey!..'75 Pontiac Firebird Esprit...do here up in gold, and an 853 OKG liscence plate, and this is the perfect James Rockford "Rockford Files" tribute car...used to love watching him do that high-speed reverse slide-turn maneuver...whatever it was called....
Teardrop. Tricky transition full off because if you do it too soon changing from reverse a drive things go clank say the least. Police 🚨 were taught to do this manoeuvre quite often. I was thinking about poncherellos firebird they pulled out a flood of something. From chips. He rebuilt it. That was a nice car they use as the rebuilt one. It would have been a couple years older. I was wondering where you were going with your prescription. But you're right and thanks for the memories unless you're coming back to me. I really liked that show.
If it was a factory 350 it would have a 350 emblem right next to the Malibu emblem I had one and I also had one that just said Malibu on the fender that had a 307
Those are 71 signals up front, but that's a 72 grill. I am into the patina though. Also into the cragars. I would dump the plastic grille, make a custom or aftermarket metal replacement, stick in a floor shift and have some rat rod fun. At least till I have the funds for a proper restoration. I picked up a ss hood last summer that has a sealed cutout fo a high rise manifold that would kick ass on there for what I'm talking about. And that Lemans is icing on cake. I don't know if that's a 66 or 67 , but the body style with the rear window fins is the bomb! To be honest, i wouldn't even bother with trying to build a GTO clone. It'll rock as is with a decent paint job and interior. Lucky! PS. Please don't put oversized ghetto rims on them. Thank you.
Okay that should well apparently have a cowl induction hood. It has only a 350 in it? Doesn't mean somebody didn't swap hoods or order that way. I remember growing up and seeing these cars around and buddies of mine had in the neighbors 10 to 15 years old. Then later on of course. Induction hood if that's what it isn't always worth good chunk of change. I am not especially after 1969. New era collective police cars had A fine collection. They have deteriorated setting. The LeMans interests me. So does the firebird. Question is what do these two cars underneath look like especially the firebird? Interesting means I like to hear more about them. Liking the other car so that's fine but I'm not in the market for mustang. Although that body style has to be the most popular, other than the Mach 1. On a humorous note I'm sure they all ran when parked 🤣🤣. On a serious note when are you going to put out a more detailed video on the other cars like you have on this one? I will send or share with couple of other guys about the mustangs. They would be most interested in those. Hey thanks for dragging this out and showing us. It is interesting how the tree grew into the firebird. I guess that car is nesting now. Sorry I could not resist that.

Heavy Chevy ! I remember the Chevelle‘s in Malibu’s having those stickers on the side also some pick up trucks ! Did you end up with those mustangs ?!
That chevelle might be a 71 but it's got a 72 grille. Please change that its hideous. I'm jealous.
