Graphically speaking, of course Battle League looks better, but I REALLY like those Wii lighting effects.
in battle league some characters straight up grab the ball and throw them
because there’s no referee and they can just grab the ball for the entire match making it more like American football
charged only had 3 touching the ball with their hands (daisy just punches it, bowser uses his metal claws, donkey Kong does it the whole match but it’s justified)
I will definitely miss Charged's Mega Strikes. They just had this... Overwhelming aura.

No one can tell me Mario strikers charged isn’t the best, besides for how dope they look, fading to all black with their own color as the color of their line work and glowing, the sound design is impeccable and makes you feel them, the metallic clank layered over the sub hit layered with a deep explosion sound, so good, makes it feel special, and then it transitions right into that guitar riff, ugh, so good
I kinda miss the first game when it had those slow-mo shots and how you could still hear the distorted cheers as you kicked or did a mega strike. Why didn't they keep that?

Because they are bad. It clearly didn’t age well. They somewhat kept the slow motion in the wii and switch game.

Man. Those robots were series specific and they didn’t even last past the one game they were in. I miss them. They were so cool.
The Omega are suppose to be bowser's team since he wasn't playable in the first mario striker (he was present as an event but to be honest he never was that impactfull imo).
I would like see in next update playable characters like Daisy, Bowser Jr., Diddy Kong and Petey Phiranna
And Kritter as well at least give us an option to switch between goalies.

Rosalinas Hyper Strike is absolutely beautiful. She just casually kicks the ball into space for it to circle a planet and come back as an ice ball in a matter of like 10 seconds.

I Love how The Mario Strikers Series have Inazuma Eleven-esque special strikes. Even that Inazuma Eleven series was started in 2008.

Best Special Strikes have to go to Charged. So unique
I think the battle league football ones are better, they all have a unique animation and patern while on the Charged one they all have the same cut scene after the shot
I prefer Charged because it fits the tone of Extreme Soccer

Yeah, the super team was an unlockable character
Their whole gimmick was that they had amazing stats and all four were captains, so all of them could do a super strike, but the downside is that it is harder to successfully do a super strike with them

Charge was the best strikers game good set of characters I loved the choose a team captain then side kick system I’m iffy about battle league I really do hope it’s a good game

It stinks that Battle League lacks a soul and any sort of personality because you can tell Next Level put so much love and care into what's in there, but Nintendo chose to release it as such and its like c'mon man

Makes you wonder: Since they're bringing in the other characters from Charged back into Battle League through updates, is there gonna be other characters brought into Battle League as their striker debut for DLC? Like from the other spin-offs like Ballyhoo, Mallow, Dimentio, and the like? It'd be nice to see characters like that on the switch after so long of not seeing them. It'd be a great way to look at the history of Mario games as so many fans want a lot of these characters back in some way.

I loved how dark the game was too, just a different mood for a Mario game.
If I'm being totally honest (no offense to Waluigi here), Waluigi's kick/strike wasn't as satisfying as the rest of the roster's. It didn't seem as powerful in my opinion, but that could be just me.
Dark? How? Oh you mean Wario? Doing a slit throat sign at the beginning of the match in Charged, blowing himself up with a Bob Bomb when he loses, or doing his Charged shot in Charged? Players being violent when losing or being too competitive? Waluigi telling you to suck it when he wins? Petey Piranha litteraly eating you out of frustration when he loses?
@@amazingfireboy1848 I mean Waluigi’s always been about finesse and technique more than power. I love charged more than anything else but at least it’s unique to him

@@amazingfireboy1848 Waluigi has never been a heavy hitter and to be honest, his shoot feels perfectly fine in adequation with his character, being more about style rather than strength. Look at Mario. His shoot is even more simple. And it works the same.

Daisy’s are my favorite but in general all the Strikers Charged (aka the Wii one) are the best.
All of these games, especially charged and battle league, give these usually blank and empty characters so much life and personality.
Everybody talking about Daisy, but what about Super Team?
Everyone here hypes up Charged as the best (which, yeah), but you can't deny that Battle League's animation for its special strikes isn't cool as hell. The squash and stretch, the foreshortening, the switch in animation style, how each kick still captures every character's personality, it's so awesome and expressive in a way I've rarely seen in Mario games. I really wish they'd add back characters from Charged to see what they'd look like in this style.

When i was younger i used to call this game (Wii Version) "Mario Beyblade" for no reason and thought it was a dark and scary game because of the title screen and how the characters looked during their Special Strike

This Video just rememberd me there was a robot Charakter back then how did i forget
I remember when me and a sibling played this again, I could remember how too but they needed a bit to get back into the swing of it so I promised not to score any goals till they got the hang of it, I can't remember who we were playing but the second they said I could play normally the game was ended almost instantly and wasn't allowed to play against them again, I made em rage quit irl. What's even funnier, my wiimote was semi broken and when it went to the "block the ball" bit I was stuck in the corner so whatever number they got on the shot was what they got and I still beat them when they could block them

Mario charged is honestly just better in anyway except animation. The specials look actually insanely good for that time
Battle league has the best special strikes. The art style implemented in the animations, the pre animation like waluigi being a show off and and Rosalina kicking the ball TO SPACE, and the effects they do to the opponents
nah, they look pretty bad. charged is definitely better
@@Doggof2p no, the animation in the hyperstrikes is way better and gives more personality to the characters instead of just jumping up and slamming the ball down
@@therandomguy2212 except most had different methods like mario kicking it, luigi using some type of like telekinesis, wario blowing himself up, and donkey kong clapping it. They also fit their characters aswell, but in a more extreme kinda serious fashion compared to battle league which is more tame and cartoony.
@@brochiing4295 yeah but it’s just a couple of seconds and it always starts with them jumping. In battle league they have unique pre-animations that give the characters more life. Like rosalina kicks the ball to space and when it comes back all frozen she kicks it like it’s nothing. Donkey Kong literally does a banana slamma

The newest game is a monumental let down. All they had to do was add to what charges laid down and they screwed up every single aspect imaginable.
I still prefer the aligator GK he look better than….this , and the animation of charged will be always the best next to striker , league is just like a kid friendly show just to appeal this News generation, what a let down.
It literally has better gameplay though.

Why does Mario strikers battle league don’t have daisy and where the other characters from mario striker charged like the toad flip
I'm a little confused why is waluigis special shot based on thorns and a rose in his mouth in the new one is it leading to something because when it comes to roses you don't see the beauty until it's developed and sprouts maybe they are hinting at waluigi is getting his own game but what type if any wether I am right or wrong here is to hope for waluigi to get his own game
