Beast Gohan is far stronger than Goku so that just renders his Ultra Instinct ineffective and Gohan wins this rather easily... We already know that Ultra Instinct doesn't work against significantly stronger opponents which is why someone like Whis can still land hits on Ultra Instinct Goku... Or all the times UI Goku got hit against Granola, Gas, Moro, etc...
It makes sense for Vegeta to utilize his Yardrat training, more specifically the healing ability and combine it with his ultra ego. He’ll be OP and unbeatable if he achieves that

I think Vegeta is technically the strongest as his transformation relies on getting beaten. However, Vegeta has an obvious limit meaning if Goku took advantage of that he could also win. People mistake Ultra Ego as a form of invincibility, but it's really there just to help Vegeta last longer as long as he learns how to be more defensive while also learning how to be a more competent fighter.
MUI also has an obvious limit, it burns more stamina just to keep it active. In the late game Ego wins because in theory, Ego will be at its strongest while MUI will be running out of gas. Ego is a more stable form.
Just think about this for a second. If Ultra Ego only gets better when a user is getting beat up - that means Beerus will NEVER lose to Goku or Vegeta.
The oracle fish did say they would rival Beerus. Potentially implying that Goku and Vegeta could eventually win fights against Beerus, but who knows? lol

A lot of people say Ultra Instinct is a better fighting style but what I often see people over look is that in terms of long term growth in power Ultra Ego is perfect for a sayian because it essentially will always result in them getting a massive senkai boost, where as Ultra Instinct is the opposite, by avoiding damage they won't get the additional senkai.

I realistically see this as a stomp for vegeta. Goku most likely can’t generate enough damage to put down vegeta before his desire to fight and pride amps him up so much that goku could not touch him. I agree that in a fight, ultra ego vegeta is more likely to win as well. From what we saw, ultra ego can literally be activated at any point, even in a severely weakened state like he did against granola. True ultra instinct and mastered ultra instinct unlike vegetas directly correlate to stamina and drain gokus stamina over time. So, goku is constantly on a timer with his current ultra instinct mastery having to beat his foe before his stamina runs out. While vegetas form from what we have seen has little impact on stamina and he can keep it activated for far longer and get stronger for every blow he takes with the drawback being that if he takes to much damage he will fall. So, if they are both relative to one another than goku is likely losing more often than vegeta in a battle.

I believe it does since the ultra ego vegeta that put absolute fear into gas before passing out that true ultra instinct goku was able to compete with. Literally goes on to fight basically equally with true ultra instinct goku at the end of the arc against an even stronger gas before black frieza comes and one shots everyone. If that is the case that literally means that every time vegeta goes into ultra ego it's multiplier gets bigger and his baseline strength in ultra ego before taking damage increases.

One aspect of ultra ego stomps ultra instinct: The AOE flames. Either Goku is going to have to beam spam and dodge then go in for a finishing powerful counter or it ends badly for Goku. Once the flames touch him, he's going to get damaged out of ultra instinct.

Ultra Instinct is an insane form for an incredible fighter like Goku. Ultra Ego, however, is just broken. It also makes sense as to why the goalposts are constantly moved in regard to Beerus' strength. People latch on to the "Goku ssg is a 6 and Beerus is a 10" comment by Toriyama, they believe that Goku should've caught up by now. If Beerus has access to Ultra Ego this makes sense as he is always a 10 and every mortal is a 6 to him, no matter how strong they are due to his mastery of Ultra Ego presumably. Ultra Ego makes you stronger relative to your opponent's strength, a truly OP transformation.

What I see going on is that vegeta and goku But mostly vegeta is starting to actually be able to use they ultra power in they base which for vegeta makes him incredibly dangerous because if he could have the mindset of destruction in base and use it as fuel to keep fighting in base he could make his base power output be the same as super saiyan blue if he increase his durability. And then he can continue transforming and do the same thing basically making him hard to defeat. The only downfall which I believe would be necessary is that the more transformation he goes into the deeper he falls into destruction so by the time he gets to ultra ego he’s mostly thinking of destroying you but there’s a little part of him inside that’s telling him it’s not necessary but if u push him more and show to be too evil and would never change your ways he will fall deeper into destruction and enter the master stage. Vegetas the only character in DB who doesnt need to actually perform in battle in order to get ridiculously overrated. In that final panel where Gas covers up, what I see is Vegeta charging at Gas at a leisurely 20 miles per hour, and then stopping and landing on his feet and then posing , keeping his arm out there. holding that position before he falls over. We know he's posing and going very slowly cos all the momentum of his flight would still be there if he was going fast and he'd barrel rush Gas whether he went back into base or not. He'd still hit Gas like a missile if he was going fast.
Imma disagree because anyone flying that fast can still be stopped. Literally happened in the movie goku charged at broly. Broly grabbed his hand stopped his momentum and beat the shit out of him. Why because he was stronger. Gas didn’t do that gas was literally terrified of what vegeta was gonna do and decided to brace for the damage.
Tui goku wins and if goku could use the silver haired version he used against gas after being beaten in his tui form that version of goku would win even easier. But without that goku still has IT, god bind, healing, giant ki form, barrier creation around himself and others and his barrier is able to tank attacks from stronger people than him and he's able to use telekenesis on it, and cloning. Goku can also fine tune his moves as he fights and is able to get automatically sturdier as neccessary and goku can also fire a mouth blast. Which would more than likely do a crazy amount of damage on ue vegeta and if goku needs a breather he could always put up a barrier and heal himself while ue vegeta would still keep his damage and sustain even more damage. Goku could also put vegeta in a barrier and toss him into space. Use IT to bfr vegeta and leave him stranded somewhere. Or create clones then put him in god bind and hit vegeta with multiple kamehamehas or mouth blasts. Goku can also amp his strikes up with his ki. He did something like that to gas in his tui form and even though goku was weaker that attack still did a crazy amount of damage to gas and against piccolo as a kid when punched through him. Calm and tranquil silver haired goku > tui goku = evolved ue vegeta.

From what weve seen its a draw. Vegetas UE is built to take damage and deal damage but gokus ui is built to dodge and be precise. Not to mention he also has the technique version of UI that doestt require stamina Given how they are writing these characters they are on par with each other and the fight would go down to the last punch

The technique variant of UI also isn't THAT good. It only buffs his Saiyan forms' speeds, and doesn't provide any additional raw power amps. Only really good for fighting an opponent of similar power. SSJB:UI Goku would get SMOKED in one shot by UE Vegeta.

The Orange Piccolo statement was in regards to Blue Goku and Vegeta not their upper forms, and Cell Max was stated to be stronger than Broly, we can assume the one from the movie, so in reality Gohan is stronger than UE Vegeta only in base, and is stronger but is definitely slower than MUI Goku xd. As for UV vs MUI, Goku would be winning for the start of the fight but eventually Vegeta will close the gap in speed due to his ever growing power and possibly defeat MUI Goku. It won't be an easy fight that is for sure however.

Ehh you are leaving out a key aspect of how Ultra Ego works, Vegeta said he gets stronger the more he strengthens his fighting spirit. Literally this is the phrase he uses in the 75th chapter of DBS, then the v-jump guides also said this about the form. Receiving damage is just a way to ignite one's fighting spirit and not the actual action of transformation, if Vegeta wanted to fight differently he would have based the igniting of his fighting spirit on the sheer excitement of being in a tough fight.
Gohan had the capability to be stronger than goku and vegeta from the start. That seem like that was a plot to have gohan as the potential successor. (Hero) Frieza is supposed to be the strongest villain, actually he was supposed to be the final one but they extended dragonball. It makes since his only limit is him being lazy and not wanting to train. Piccolo has factors like actually being tied to the guardian of earth, by right he should be always strong and knowledgeable. With what we see and hear about UI, there isn't really a reason to think Vegeta beats Goku. He literally ends the Granolah arc admitting Goku is stronger than him. But even aside from that Goku is using the superior technique according to Whis, Beerus' teacher and he has more experience with it .

in terms of raw power / power potential. i’m going to give it to vegeta. goku’s technique is what really gives him the edge. UE can and will surpass UI in terms of power in a head to head match. Goku wins this, he can use UI for a while now whitout so many drawbacks, unless Vegeta is lucky to hit, he is basically a training dummy for the most part of the battle, and Goku would be able to get a few good punches before Vegeta can actually fight back. At that point Vegeta would probably be too injured to fight or even more tired than Goku. Vegeta can win, but only if he can hit Goku and first he has to build enough power
You do realize those “few good hits” on Vegeta would only go towards making him more powerful, right?? See they’re both about equal in terms of power, but, Vegeta in UE, will have his power continue to grow and outpace Goku. His UE does NOT have the same type of Stamina drain that Goku’s UI does. I don't think that Jiren can compare with the likes of Goku and Vegeta now. Goku was pretty much his equal but he couldn't control his power at the moment yhey fought at the Tournament of Power. I think Vegeta is technically the strongest as his transformation relies on getting beaten. However, Vegeta has an obvious limit meaning if Goku took advantage of that he could also win. People mistake Ultra Ego as a form of invincibility, but it's really there just to help Vegeta last longer as long as he learns how to be more defensive while also learning how to be a more competent fighter.
MUI also has an obvious limit, it burns more stamina just to keep it active. In the late game Ego wins because in theory, Ego will be at its strongest while MUI will be running out of gas. Ego is a more stable form.

A lot of people say Ultra Instinct is a better fighting style but what I often see people over look is that in terms of long term growth in power Ultra Ego is perfect for a sayian because it essentially will always result in them getting a massive senkai boost, where as Ultra Instinct is the opposite, by avoiding damage they won't get the additional senkai.

Goku most likely can’t generate enough damage to put down vegeta before his desire to fight and pride amps him up so much that goku could not touch him. I agree that in a fight, ultra ego vegeta is more likely to win as well. From what we saw, ultra ego can literally be activated at any point, even in a severely weakened state like he did against granola. True ultra instinct and mastered ultra instinct unlike vegetas directly correlate to stamina and drain gokus stamina over time. So, goku is constantly on a timer with his current ultra instinct mastery having to beat his foe before his stamina runs out. While vegetas form from what we have seen has little impact on stamina and he can keep it activated for far longer and get stronger for every blow he takes with the drawback being that if he takes to much damage he will fall. So, if they are both relative to one another than goku is likely losing more often than vegeta in a battle.
Goku is just a better fighter in general...

I believe it does since the ultra ego vegeta that put absolute fear into gas before passing out that true ultra instinct goku was able to compete with. Literally goes on to fight basically equally with true ultra instinct goku at the end of the arc against an even stronger gas before black frieza comes and one shots everyone. If that is the case that literally means that every time vegeta goes into ultra ego it's multiplier gets bigger and his baseline strength in ultra ego before taking damage increases.

One aspect of ultra ego stomps ultra instinct:
The AOE flames. Either Goku is going to have to beam spam and dodge then go in for a finishing powerful counter or it ends badly for Goku. Once the flames touch him, he's going to get damaged out of ultra instinct.
As much of a Goku fan as I am there are thing's going in Vegeta's favor and a very strong case can be made for him winning with ultra ego.

Ultra Instinct is an insane form for an incredible fighter like Goku. Ultra Ego, however, is just broken. It also makes sense as to why the goalposts are constantly moved in regard to Beerus' strength. People latch on to the "Goku ssg is a 6 and Beerus is a 10" comment by Toriyama, they believe that Goku should've caught up by now. If Beerus has access to Ultra Ego this makes sense as he is always a 10 and every mortal is a 6 to him, no matter how strong they are due to his mastery of Ultra Ego presumably. Ultra Ego makes you stronger relative to your opponent's strength, a truly OP transformation.

What I see going on is that vegeta and goku But mostly vegeta is starting to actually be able to use they ultra power in they base which for vegeta makes him incredibly dangerous because if he could have the mindset of destruction in base and use it as fuel to keep fighting in base he could make his base power output be the same as super saiyan blue if he increase his durability. And then he can continue transforming and do the same thing basically making him hard to defeat. The only downfall which I believe would be necessary is that the more transformation he goes into the deeper he falls into destruction so by the time he gets to ultra ego he’s mostly thinking of destroying you but there’s a little part of him inside that’s telling him it’s not necessary but if u push him more and show to be too evil and would never change your ways he will fall deeper into destruction and enter the master stage. Which will be good he’s not a God he’s a mortal so he should be more push into the mastered form where u can’t talk him out of destroying someone
Vegetas the only character in DB who doesnt need to actually perform in battle in order to get ridiculously overrated. In that final panel where Gas covers up, what I see is Vegeta charging at Gas at a leisurely 20 miles per hour, and then stopping and landing on his feet and then posing , keeping his arm out there. holding that position before he falls over.
We know he's posing and going very slowly cos all the momentum of his flight would still be there if he was going fast and he'd barrel rush Gas whether he went back into base or not. He'd still hit Gas like a missile if he was going fast.
Imma disagree because anyone flying that fast can still be stopped. Literally happened in the movie goku charged at broly. Broly grabbed his hand stopped his momentum and beat the shit out of him. Why because he was stronger. Gas didn’t do that gas was literally terrified of what vegeta was gonna do and decided to brace for the damage.

Tui goku wins and if goku could use the silver haired version he used against gas after being beaten in his tui form that version of goku would win even easier. But without that goku still has IT, god bind, healing, giant ki form, barrier creation around himself and others and his barrier is able to tank attacks from stronger people than him and he's able to use telekenesis on it, and cloning. Goku can also fine tune his moves as he fights and is able to get automatically sturdier as neccessary and goku can also fire a mouth blast.
Which would more than likely do a crazy amount of damage on ue vegeta and if goku needs a breather he could always put up a barrier and heal himself while ue vegeta would still keep his damage and sustain even more damage. Goku could also put vegeta in a barrier and toss him into space. Use IT to bfr vegeta and leave him stranded somewhere. Or create clones then put him in god bind and hit vegeta with multiple kamehamehas or mouth blasts. Goku can also amp his strikes up with his ki. He did something like that to gas in his tui form and even though goku was weaker that attack still did a crazy amount of damage to gas and against piccolo as a kid when punched through him. From what weve seen its a draw. Vegetas UE is built to take damage and deal damage but gokus ui is built to dodge and be precise. Not to mention he also has the technique version of UI that doestt require stamina
Given how they are writing these characters they are on par with each other and the fight would go down to the last punch
ngl the version of UI is not keeping up in the slightest with UE LMAO so the only way he can even if it out is with the other two and those are just quite frankly getting outlasted due to the nature of UE
The technique variant of UI also isn't THAT good. It only buffs his Saiyan forms' speeds, and doesn't provide any additional raw power amps. Only really good for fighting an opponent of similar power. SSJB:UI Goku would get SMOKED in one shot by UE Vegeta.

The Orange Piccolo statement was in regards to Blue Goku and Vegeta not their upper forms, and Cell Max was stated to be stronger than Broly, we can assume the one from the movie, so in reality Gohan is stronger than UE Vegeta only in base, and is stronger but is definitely slower than MUI Goku xd.
As for UV vs MUI, Goku would be winning for the start of the fight but eventually Vegeta will close the gap in speed due to his ever growing power and possibly defeat MUI Goku. It won't be an easy fight that is for sure however.

Ehh you are leaving out a key aspect of how Ultra Ego works, Vegeta said he gets stronger the more he strengthens his fighting spirit. Literally this is the phrase he uses in the 75th chapter of DBS, then the v-jump guides also said this about the form. Receiving damage is just a way to ignite one's fighting spirit and not the actual action of transformation, if Vegeta wanted to fight differently he would have based the igniting of his fighting spirit on the sheer excitement of being in a tough fight.

With what we see and hear about UI, there isn't really a reason to think Vegeta beats Goku. He literally ends the Granolah arc admitting Goku is stronger than him. But even aside from that Goku is using the superior technique according to Whis, Beerus' teacher and he has more experience with it .

in terms of raw power / power potential. i’m going to give it to vegeta. goku’s technique is what really gives him the edge. UE can and will surpass UI in terms of power in a head to head match. Even if goku dodges him he can’t dodge forever and if someone is as fast as you can match UI nd even tag it as we seen from jiren in the TOP.
