    I've been training for a week and everytime I finish my hands tremble, arms hurt, a bit of the hands, but it's worth it

      Well I wonder, what if you used weighted vest for this. Then your legs could hurt as well.

    that level of balance is something i can only hope to have, one of my legs is slightly longer than the other one, due to a spinal surgery now i have 2 steel rods bolted to my spine keeping it in place but it messed up my torso shape and different height shoulders (still worth it though, i don't want to be a hunchback) so yeah i just have to keep getting my balance better, very nice video!

    Refreshing to see some proper suburi forms on youtube. Many vids I find are ranging from funny to ridiculous.

      Breathe in through nose when you raise up the sword and breathe out through mouth when you cut. Breathe in and out through your abdomen, not through your lungs.
