The very last comment of the podcast struck me a little. It is simply a disgrace in this country how bad most sales people are to deal with in virtually any industry. Calling a dealership and asking directly for a certain item will often get you nowhere. You are begging them to take your money and have already done 95% of the work for them and it's a struggle to even get a call back let alone a price quote, or God forbid, some actual technological know how of what they are selling! Good shops with good knowledgeable staff deserve the business and props to them if they can corner a market.
These podcasts really have a big show feel. Been listening for the last 3 days OTR and was surprised to see that I was wrong (hopefully temporarily)

Agree 100%. They are there to facilitate a need or want. Finding a business that does that, in any industry, is definitely one to support.
